Propagation breaker for agent fleets

Remote MCP server that lets an assistant screen outbound agent messages for worm-like propagation, check payload fingerprints, and read fleet spread telemetry.

What you can do

• Score outbound messages against inbound context and quarantine worm-like forwards
• Look up whether a payload fingerprint has been seen propagating across the fleet
• Write to and read from a shared store, with reads returning data context unless a valid elevation token is given
• Report per-cluster spread telemetry and R estimates
• Verify that loop-breaking controls are enabled and untampered

Requirements

A remote streamable HTTP endpoint at the provider's site; no packages, environment variables, headers or authentication are declared. Network access to the provider is required.
