AI-generated overview

UQUAL Loan Readiness provides educational mortgage calculators for DTI, affordability, FHA vs Conventional cost, down payment assistance and debt payoff.

What you can do
  • Compute mortgage DTI ratios, agency imputations and maximum allowable monthly debt
  • Estimate affordable purchase price, PITI/MIP/PMI/HOA breakdown and cash-to-close
  • Compare FHA and Conventional total cost and credit score crossover
  • Check state HFA down payment assistance eligibility and estimated amounts
  • Simulate Avalanche, Snowball and DTI-first debt payoff strategies
  • Score loan readiness across four pillars and hand off a coach review on request
When to use it
Useful when a prospective homebuyer wants to understand how credit score, debt and down payment affect mortgage eligibility, or wants to compare loan programs and payoff strategies before talking to a lender.
Requirements
Remote Streamable HTTP endpoint; no authentication, API keys or environment variables are declared. Only numeric scenario inputs are needed for the calculators.
Before you install
Outputs are educational calculations, not credit pulls, Loan Estimates or underwriting decisions. The review tool sends borrower contact details to UQUAL and should only be called with explicit user consent. Results carry UQUAL attribution and deep links that the server asks to be preserved.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.uqual%2Floan-readiness/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
