Overview

AI-generated overview

EU-hosted calendar MCP server that lets an assistant read, book, RSVP to and sync events across Google, Outlook, iCloud, GMX, WEB.DE and CalDAV calendars.

What you can do
  • Read calendar events across connected Google, Outlook, iCloud, GMX, WEB.DE and CalDAV accounts
  • Book or create appointments and events
  • Respond to invitations with RSVPs
  • Keep calendars synchronized across providers
When to use it
Useful when you want an assistant to look up availability, schedule meetings or answer invitations across several calendar providers without switching apps, and you prefer an EU-hosted service.
Requirements
A remote MCP endpoint at app.kalender-sync.de over streamable HTTP. OAuth is required when the client supports it; otherwise an access key created in the Kalender Sync account (AI assistant → Connect assistant → Something else → Create key) is sent as a Bearer token in the Authorization header. Connected calendar accounts are needed for the data.
Before you install
The server can create bookings and send RSVPs, so changes reach real calendars and other attendees. The Authorization header carries a secret access key; treat it like a password. Calendar contents are processed by a third-party hosted service, so check its privacy and hosting terms before connecting personal or work accounts.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Kalender Sync in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/de.kalender-sync%2Fkalender-sync/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Other MCP clients

Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.
