Overview

AI-generated overview

Konverter Pro converts German bank statements and payment-provider reports into verified DATEV, Lexware or MT940 files, with review, pricing and payment…

What you can do
  • Upload bank statement or payment-provider files (PDF, CSV, MT940, camt XML, photos) as base64 or public https URLs and start or extend a conversion job
  • Check per-file processing state, verification results, readiness for the target format, blockers and next steps
  • List bookings that could not be assigned to an account and answer them by assigning account numbers to whole question groups
  • Get a free draft preview of the output with a one-hour download link
  • Quote the price of ready, unpaid files and create a Stripe payment link for them
  • Download the final verified DATEV, Lexware or MT940 file once it is ready and paid or covered by a plan
When to use it
Useful when a user needs German bookkeeping data moved from bank statements or PayPal, SumUp, Stripe, Amazon or Shopify reports into DATEV, Lexware or MT940, and wants the assistant to drive the upload, clarification, preview, payment and download steps.
Requirements
A remote MCP endpoint at konverter-pro.de over streamable HTTP; no local install. An optional Authorization header with a Bearer API key from a Konverter Pro account, which lets the account's plan pay instead of per-job payment. Anonymous jobs need datev.berater_nummer and datev.mandanten_nummer for DATEV output, or account_iban for MT940. Files are supplied as base64 content or public https URLs.
Before you install
Uploaded files are the user's business data and are sent to a third-party service, so only upload what the user asked to convert. Jobs cost money: without an API key each job is paid per job via a Stripe payment link, and the link is shown to the user and paid once. The API key is a secret and should be kept out of logs and prompts. Answering questions can be remembered for future files of the same client unless remember is set to false.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Konverter Pro in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/de.konverter-pro%2Fkonverter-pro/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

upload_statements

Upload bank statements or payment reports

Start a conversion job (or add files to one with job_token): German bank statements (PDF, CSV, MT940, camt.053/052 XML, photos) or payment-provider reports (PayPal, SumUp, Stripe, Amazon, Shopify ...) to DATEV (default), Lexware or MT940. Pass each file as content_base64 or a public https url. Returns a job_token for all further tools. Without a KP API key the job is anonymous: free preview, pay per job for the final file, data deleted after 7 days.

get_job_status

Job status and verification

Per file: processing state, KP's verification (pages and bookings read, balance check, all records read), readiness for the target format with blockers, open questions and the next step. Poll every few seconds until every file is read.

Parameterslanguagejob_tokenrequired

list_open_questions

Open account questions

Bookings KP could not assign to an account with certainty, grouped like KP's review (by booking type, counterparty or single booking), each with KP's proposal, count, total and examples. Answer them with answer_questions.

Parametersfile_idlanguagejob_tokenrequired

answer_questions

Answer account questions

Assign an account (4-8 digits, the user's chart) to whole question groups. For a booking type the answer is remembered for future files of the same client unless remember=false.

Parametersanswersrequiredlanguagejob_tokenrequired

get_preview

Free preview file

A free preview of the output (for unpaid jobs the first pages, marked as a draft so it is not imported by mistake). Returns a download link valid for 1 hour.

Parametersdatevformatfile_idlanguagejob_tokenrequiredaccount_ibanclosing_balanceopening_balance

get_price_quote

Price quote

The price of the job's ready, unpaid files: units (1 page with bookings, or 25 bookings) x unit price, with a minimum per job, net plus VAT. With a KP API key the customer's plan pays instead.

Parameterslanguagejob_tokenrequired

download_result

Download the final file

The final, verified file (DATEV Buchungsstapel, Lexware CSV or MT940) once it is ready and paid (or covered by the API key's plan). Returns download links valid for 1 hour and the verification. DATEV needs datev.berater_nummer and datev.mandanten_nummer for anonymous jobs; MT940 needs account_iban.
