Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote MCP server for the workload.zero business suite, letting an assistant manage projects, tasks, time, CRM, quotes and invoices in your account.

What you can do
  • Read and update your profile, colleagues, users and team members, plus notifications and activity feeds
  • Search across projects, tasks and users, and browse files
  • Create, update, move, assign, delete and restore tasks, subtasks, links, tags and comments
  • Manage projects, project members, budgets and clients
  • Work with time tracking, goals, CRM records, quotes and invoices, chat and privacy suppressions
When to use it
Useful when your team runs projects, tasks and time tracking in workload.zero and you want an assistant to look things up, create or update tasks, log time, or work with CRM and billing data without switching apps.
Requirements
Remote Streamable HTTP endpoint at Sign-in uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration against your workload.zero account; tool listing works without sign-in but tool calls require it. No API keys or environment variables are declared.
Before you install
The assistant can write and delete data in your account: projects, tasks, comments, members, clients, CRM records, quotes and invoices. Deleting a project archives it and hides it from all members. Quotes are only sent after human approval in the app, and outreach emails should be checked against suppressions first. Uploaded files and images are stored in project files, and results include temporary download links.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open workload.zero in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/de.workloadzero%2Fmcp/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

README

workload.zero MCP server

Let Claude and other AI agents work in your workload.zero account: tasks and goals, time tracking, contacts and deals, quotes and invoices. workload.zero is a business suite by Get IT Done GmbH, hosted in the EU (servers in Germany, file storage in Sweden).

  • Endpoint: https://mcp.workloadzero.de/mcp (Streamable HTTP)
  • Sign-in: OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration, using your workload.zero account
  • Discovery: initialize and tools/list answer without sign-in, so you can see every tool first. Tool calls need sign-in.
