Free agent tools, no sign-in: browser flows, test inboxes, web extract, site and domain checks.

Overview

AI-generated overview

Gluo is a remote MCP endpoint giving assistants free agent tools (site and domain checks, screenshots, test inboxes, web extraction) plus paid jobs and budgets.

What you can do
  • Run free operations such as site checks, screenshots, domain availability, email setup and dependency vulnerability scans, and list them with their input schemas
  • Make single API calls against those operations, using the free tier or an approved budget
  • Hand off multi-step, multi-day jobs (for example buying a domain and pointing its DNS at an app) and track their status
  • List all jobs and undo finished steps that can be reversed
  • Request, inspect and close spending budgets, with a signed statement of calls and charges on close
  • Suggest a service Gluo does not yet offer
When to use it
Useful when an assistant needs quick web, domain or site checks without signing in, or when a longer task such as domain purchase and DNS setup should keep running after the session ends under a user-approved spending cap.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no packages, environment variables or headers are declared. Paid operations require a budget approved by the user through a link; free operations are limited to a daily allowance.
Before you install
Jobs can spend money and make irreversible changes: paid or irreversible steps pause for user approval, and purchases that cannot be refunded are listed rather than undone. Budgets are scoped to specific operations and amounts, and calls outside that scope are refused. Approval links go to the user, not the assistant.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Gluo in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/dev.gluo%2Fgluo/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

create_job

Start a golive job

Hand off a multi-step, multi-day task that golive runs to completion, even after this session ends. Paid or irreversible steps pause for the user's approval through a link. Job types: - launch_domain: Buy a domain, put its DNS on the configured provider, point it at your app, and confirm it resolves and serves HTTPS. Pauses for the user to approve the purchase with their passkey. Can take minutes to hours; the job keeps running after this session ends. launch_domain input: { "domain": "example.com", "target": "my-app.vercel.app or an IPv4 address" }

list_jobs

All jobs, newest first.

Takes no parameters.

undo_job

Undo a golive job

Reverses finished steps that can be undone, newest first. Purchases that can't be refunded are listed, not undone.

list_services

List callable APIs

Services Gluo runs for agents (site checks, screenshots, domain availability, email setup, dependency vulnerabilities, ...), each with its exact input schema. Operations marked free can be called right away with call_api and no budget, up to a daily allowance. Anything else, or more than the allowance: request_budget first.

Takes no parameters.

request_budget

Ask the user for an API budget

Request a spending budget for specific operations. Ask only for the operations and amount the task needs: the user sees the exact scope, caps and purpose, and calls outside it are refused. The approval link goes to the user, not to you.

Call a Gluo service

Make one call. Leave out budgetId to use the free tier (free operations only, daily allowance). Input must match the operation's schema exactly (extra fields are rejected). Paid calls are charged only if the answer passes Gluo's output check; repeating an identical call shortly after is free.

Tell Gluo what you needed but couldn't get

If a task needs a service, API or action Gluo doesn't offer, describe it in a sentence or two. This is how Gluo decides what to build next. Include roughly what you'd expect it to cost if you know.
