Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote MCP server that gives an assistant Google keyword search volume, CPC, competition and similar keywords for 50+ countries.

What you can do
  • Look up one keyword in one country for monthly Google search volume, CPC, competition and similar keywords with their volumes
  • Look up up to 25 keywords at once in a single country to compare or prioritize a keyword list
  • Check which seodata.dev plan the connection uses and how many lookups remain today and this month
When to use it
Useful for keyword research, sizing demand, comparing topics, or choosing SEO and content targets when an assistant needs real search-volume data rather than guesses.
Requirements
A remote Streamable HTTP endpoint; nothing to install. Works anonymously at 20 lookups a day. Higher limits need a seodata.dev account, either via OAuth sign-in or an API key sent as an Authorization Bearer header. Network access required.
Before you install
The API key is a secret; if you pass it in the URL query string instead of a header, keep that URL private. Lookups are metered against a shared quota, and paid plans cost money. All three tools are read-only.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open seodata.dev: keyword search volume in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/dev.seodata%2Fkeywords/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows
