Overview

AI-generated overview

Bitcoin intelligence from an independent node: address risk screening, fee and mempool data, whale reports, inclusion receipts and address watch alerts.

What you can do
  • Screen Bitcoin addresses for sanctions, ransomware and laundering risk, singly or in batches of up to 25
  • Check live fee rates, mempool state, whale transactions and AML cases, and get a daily whale-versus-news report
  • Watch an address for 30 days and receive alerts on every confirmed transaction paying to or spending from it
  • Plan fee budgets against a per-transaction cap, and model CPFP scenarios for a mempool transaction and its ancestors
  • Check output status for outpoints and generate Merkle inclusion receipts for transactions in a retained block
  • Discover tools, prices and recommendations, including a free sanctions screen and catalog
When to use it
Useful when an assistant needs to assess Bitcoin counterparties or withdrawal addresses, estimate fees or CPFP costs, confirm that a transaction was included in a block, or follow whale and market activity. The free sanctions screen and catalog are worth adding even without paying.
Requirements
Remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no account, key or header is declared. Paid tools require payment per call: x402 (USDC on Base) via a payment metadata field, or Lightning by calling with pay_with='lightning', paying the invoice, then calling again with the l402 token and preimage. Network access to the endpoint.
Before you install
Most tools cost money per call (for example 300 sats or US$0.25 for a single address risk check, 1000 sats for a watch or daily report), so repeated calls spend funds. Paid calls involve USDC on Base or Lightning payments. Risk scores are heuristics over public data and do not certify safety, compliance or ownership; missing outputs do not prove spent, and inclusion receipts do not establish unspentness or finality. Address watch creates a private feed and phone push alerts.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Diamond Bitcoin Intelligence in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/dev.workers.btc-intel.diamond%2Fbitcoin-intel/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

diamond_catalog

Diamond catalog (free)

Free. Lists Diamond's paid Bitcoin intelligence tools with prices in sats and USD, payment methods (x402 USDC on Base, Lightning) and terms.

Takes no parameters.

bitcoin_sanctions_screen

Bitcoin sanctions screen (free)

Free. Is this Bitcoin address on the OFAC SDN sanctions list or a known ransomware payment address? Exact list matches only. For ownership clusters, sweeper bots and laundering patterns use bitcoin_address_risk.

Parametersaddressrequired

bitcoin_address_risk

Bitcoin address risk check

Screens one Bitcoin address: OFAC sanctions, ransomware payment lists, ownership clusters, sweeper bots and laundering-pattern cases seen by this node. Price: 300 sats or US$0.25 (USDC) per call.

Parametersl402addressrequiredpay_with

bitcoin_market_pulse

Bitcoin market pulse

Live: fee rates (1 block to 1 day), mempool, last 24 h whale transactions and AML cases from this node, implied BTC/USD. Price: 20 sats or US$0.02 (USDC) per call.

Parametersl402pay_with

whale_geopolitics_report

Whale x Geopolitics daily report

One day's report: whale flows vs world news, lagged correlations, laundering patterns, headlines and the analyst brief (JSON). Price: 1000 sats or US$0.8 (USDC) per call.

Parametersdatel402pay_with

watch_bitcoin_address

Watch a Bitcoin address (30 days)

Alerts for 30 days on every confirmed transaction paying to or spending from the address: private feed (web, JSON, RSS) and phone push. Returns the feed links. Price: 1000 sats or US$1 (USDC) per call.

Parametersfeedl402addressrequiredpay_with

bitcoin_batch_risk

Bitcoin batch risk check (up to 25 addresses)

Screens up to 25 Bitcoin addresses in one call: OFAC sanctions, ransomware payment lists, ownership clusters, sweeper bots and laundering-pattern cases for each, plus a summary of the flagged ones. For counterparty and withdrawal-address due diligence; about 60% cheaper per address than single checks. Price: 3000 sats or US$2.5 (USDC) per call.

Parametersl402pay_withaddressesrequired

analyze

Batch transaction fee budget analysis

Analyze one to 25 buyer-supplied transaction sizes against a per-transaction fee cap. plan=budget_sats:vbytes[,vbytes...], e.g. 1000:140,220,350. Uses fresh node fee estimates, rounds up to whole sats, and returns the fastest observed estimate fitting each cap. Estimates do not guarantee confirmation. No transaction is signed or broadcast. Price: 20 sats or US$0.01 (USDC) per call.

Parametersl402planrequiredpay_with

verify

Verify transaction inclusion receipt

Generate a verified Bitcoin Core Merkle inclusion receipt for one to five transactions in one retained block. locator=blockhash:txid[,txid...]. Verify against a trusted header chain. Does not establish unspentness or irreversible finality. Price: 20 sats or US$0.02 (USDC) per call.

Parametersl402locatorrequiredpay_with

score

Address-risk observations

Return Diamond's existing heuristic risk level and findings for one Bitcoin address. Combines public list matches and node observations. Flags require review; a clean result does not certify safety, legal compliance or ownership. Price: 300 sats or US$0.25 (USDC) per call.

Parametersl402addressrequiredpay_with

recommend

Choose a Diamond service by task and price

Free. Choose a Diamond tool for fees, inclusion, outputs, CPFP, risk, monitoring, daily reports or market data. Compares the published per-call price with an optional budget. Creates no payment.

Parameterstaskrequiredmax_usdc

check_outputs

Batch Bitcoin output status

Batch output status for one to 25 unique Bitcoin outpoints (txid:vout pairs). Reports this node's chainstate and sequential mempool observations, value, script, confirmations and coinbase flag. Missing does not prove spent. No cryptographic unspentness proof or spendability guarantee; all-absent batches rejected before charging. Price: 20 sats or US$0.02 (USDC) per call.

Parametersl402pay_withoutpointsrequired

plan_cpfp

CPFP child fee-budget scenarios

CPFP budget scenarios for a mempool transaction and its ancestors. package=txid:target_sat_vb:child_vbytes[,child_vbytes...]. Up to 25 unique sizes; actual ancestor base fees, ceiling arithmetic and observed relay/mempool floors. Not transaction construction, package-policy validation, broadcast or a confirmation guarantee. Price: 20 sats or US$0.02 (USDC) per call.
