Lets an assistant render a 1200x630 Open Graph social-card PNG from a template and return its public URL and meta tags.
What you can do
The single tool, create_og_image, renders a 1200x630 PNG Open Graph or social-card image from a chosen template and returns a public URL, the image size, and ready-to-paste meta tags for og:image and twitter:image. Templates include blog, launch, docs, minimal and gradient. An optional include_image flag adds an inline PNG. It runs on the same engine, cache and free-tier limits.
When to use it
Useful when you need social preview images for pages, blog posts, launches or documentation and want the assistant to produce the image URL and meta tags directly. It is a narrow, single-purpose tool rather than a general image editor.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no local runtime or package is needed. No authentication is required today, and the Authorization header is optional and currently ignored. Network access to the hosted endpoint is needed.
Before you install
The Authorization header is reserved for a future Pro key and is ignored today, so do not send a real secret in it. Generated images are returned as public URLs, so anything placed in the image should be considered publicly accessible. Free-tier limits and caching apply.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/dev.workers.mike-tusa.ogforge%2Fogforge/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Render a 1200x630 PNG Open Graph / social-card image from a template and return its public URL (for og:image and twitter:image tags), size and ready-to-paste meta tags. Templates: blog, launch, docs, minimal, gradient. Optional inline PNG with include_image. Same engine, cache and free-tier limits as GET /api/og. Read-only (renders are cached; nothing is stored about you).

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
