Remote MCP server that answers business-day, holiday and T+N settlement-date questions for NYSE, Fedwire/FedACH, TARGET2 and UK calendars.
What you can do
Check whether a date is a business day on one or more settlement calendars, including which holiday closes it and NYSE early closes
Add or subtract N business days from a date and see the holidays skipped
Compute T+N settlement dates for a trade date, rolling non-business trade dates forward first
Count business days between two dates, with weekday holidays in range listed
Roll weekend or holiday dates using following, modified following, preceding or modified preceding conventions
List closing days for a calendar and year from 2000 to 2099
When to use it
Useful when an assistant has to reason about financial calendars: settlement dates, payment or coupon due dates, invoice terms, or counting working days across US, euro-area and UK holidays.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no local install, account or API key is declared. Calls are paid per use in USDC over x402 on Base, with the first 5 calls per day per client free, so a wallet or x402-capable client is needed beyond that.
Before you install
Each call beyond the daily free allowance costs $0.001 USDC via x402 on Base, so automated loops can spend money. Calendar coverage is limited to NYSE, Fedwire/FedACH, TARGET2 and UK England & Wales, and business_days_between is capped at 10 years.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/dev.workers.quietworklabs.business-days%2Fbusiness-days/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
