Remote MCP server that checks companies against APAC regulator registers (HKMA, Japan FSA, Taiwan FSC) and screens names and wallets against OFAC sanctions…
What you can do
Search APAC regulator registers by name, brand or licence/corporate number and get status, source URL and as-of date
Fetch the full register record for one entity, including other registrations
Screen 1-25 crypto wallet addresses against OFAC SDN/Consolidated digital currency addresses
Fuzzy-screen company, person, vessel or aircraft names with aliases against OFAC SDN and Consolidated lists
When to use it
Useful for compliance, onboarding or due-diligence checks where an assistant needs to confirm whether a company holds an APAC licence or whether a name or wallet appears on OFAC sanctions lists, with a cited source and as-of date.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no account, API key or headers declared. Each tool call is paid in USDC on Base via x402: the assistant receives a PaymentRequired response, signs, and retries with a payment in the request metadata, so a funded wallet capable of x402 payments is needed.
Before you install
Every tool costs money per call (from $0.003 to $0.02 USDC on Base), so repeated or automated calls spend funds; a wallet signs payments. Results are informational and not legal advice, and should be verified with the regulator. Queried company names and wallet addresses are sent to a third-party service.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/dev.workers.regnotes.apac-license-lookup%2Flicense-lookup/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
