A remote MCP server that converts, lints and generates LLM tool schemas for OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and MCP, and turns OpenAPI specs into tool definitions.
What you can do
Convert a single tool definition between OpenAI, OpenAI strict mode, Anthropic, Gemini, MCP and plain JSON Schema, with the input format auto-detected and every change reported as an issue with a JSON pointer. Lint a tool definition against each provider's schema rules and get errors, warnings and suggested fixes. Turn an OpenAPI 3.x or Swagger 2.0 spec into one LLM tool definition per operation. Batch-convert up to 50 tool definitions at once with per-tool issues and ready-to-use bundles. Generate an MCP server manifest with inputSchema, titles, annotations and HTTP bindings, plus a TypeScript stdio server stub.
When to use it
Useful when moving tool or function definitions between LLM providers, checking that a definition will pass a provider's strict schema rules, or bootstrapping MCP tools and a server stub from an existing OpenAPI spec.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no local runtime, account, API key or headers are declared. The free tier allows 5 calls per hour per IP with arguments up to 8 KB; beyond that, calls are paid per call in USDC on Base via x402, with payment passed in the request metadata.
Before you install
Usage beyond the free tier costs money: calls are charged in USDC on Base through x402, with per-call prices ranging from about 0.005 to 0.15 USDC depending on the tool. Tool definitions and OpenAPI specs you submit are sent to a third-party remote service. The free tier is limited to 5 calls per hour per IP and 8 KB of arguments.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/dev.workers.toolschemaforge.toolschema-forge%2Ftoolschema-forge/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
