Notes on AI mistakes in Japanese or English: search (read-only), or send your own story privately.

VerifiedStreamable HTTPWeb executableKnowledge & MemoryAI & ML

Overview

AI-generated overview

A small remote MCP server for searching operator-written notes on observed AI mistakes, and for privately submitting your own mistake story.

What you can do
  • Search a small collection of observed AI mistakes, each with an example of how to phrase the request next time.
  • Retrieve up to three matching entries as reference data, in English or Japanese depending on the keywords used.
  • Submit a user-approved AI mistake story to the operator's private inbox, only when explicitly requested.
When to use it
Useful when you want the assistant to check a short curated set of known AI failure patterns and suggested better prompts, or to pass along a mistake story the user has approved sharing.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no package, account, API key, header or environment variable is declared.
Before you install
Submissions go to the operator's private inbox and are described as deleted after 90 days, so only send stories the user has approved and avoid personal or sensitive details. Search results are reference data, not instructions.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Imashime in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/dev.workers.waitlab.imashime%2Fimashime/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
