The quote then arrives by e-mail (minutes for common routes, otherwise within one business day). No payment. Ask the customer before sending their name, e-mail and phone. Returns the request id, its status and the cities as SYMONE understood them; fix the listed fields if the request is refused.

Status of a quote request sent with request_quote: pending_confirmation (waiting for the customer to click the e-mail link), confirmed (recorded; the quote comes by e-mail), expired, cancelled_by_customer, superseded or failed.

Prepare the booking of a scheduled trip from search_routes (UCP checkout). SYMONE computes the price; payment never goes through the assistant: the response has status requires_escalation and a continue_url. Give that link to the customer, who checks the booking on symone.fr and pays on the secure PayPlug page (3-D Secure). Seats are not held until payment. Call get_checkout later: status completed means paid and confirmed by e-mail.
