Socials Homes lets an assistant look up supported cities, subscription plans, live rental listing counts and a signup link for rental alerts.
What you can do
List supported cities, optionally filtered by country, with each city's slug, name and country code, and check whether a city is supported and get its signup link for rental alerts. Retrieve subscription plans with EUR prices, billing, renewal, inclusions, cancellation and the VIP Keys Pass guarantee terms. Count live rental listings in a city and, given a monthly EUR budget, how many are at or under it, stating plainly when live counts are unavailable.
When to use it
Useful when someone is planning a move or rental search in a new city and wants to know whether Socials Homes covers it, what it costs, how much supply exists at a given budget, and where to sign up.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no packages, environment variables or headers are declared. The signup link is opened by the person in a browser to create their own account.
Before you install
Listing counts come from a cache refreshed roughly every 10 minutes, so they are approximate. The server does not create accounts, save data or send messages; signup and any payment happen on the Socials Homes site, so review its terms and the VIP Keys Pass guarantee conditions there.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/homes.socials%2Fsocials-homes/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
List the cities where Socials Homes sends rental listing alerts, with each city's slug, name and country. Optionally filter by country (ISO code like "NL" or a name like "Netherlands"). Use the slug with check_city_supply and start_home_search.

get_plans
Get plans and prices
Get the Socials Homes plans with prices in EUR, how each one bills, whether it renews automatically, what it includes, how cancelling works, and the VIP Keys Pass 90-day guarantee with its conditions and a link to the terms.
Takes no parameters.
check_city_supply
Check live listings in a city
Count the live rental listings Socials Homes currently sees in a supported city and, if a monthly budget in EUR is given, how many are at or under it. Says plainly when live counts are unavailable instead of reporting zero. Read-only; the count comes from a cache refreshed about every 10 minutes.

start_home_search
Start a home search
Check that a city is supported and return the Socials Homes signup link for it, with what happens next. It does not create an account, save anything or send any message: the person opens the link and sets up their own search there.
