Remote MCP server for searching official company registers in France, Norway, Finland and US SEC EDGAR, and looking up a company by its registry ID.
What you can do
Search companies by name across official business registers in France, Norway, Finland and US SEC EDGAR filers, returning normalized records with registry id, legal name, legal form, status, incorporation date, address, industry code, website and VAT where published.
Look up a single company by official identifier: French SIREN or SIRET, Norwegian organisasjonsnummer, Finnish Y-tunnus, or US CIK or stock ticker.
Resolve the country from an explicit country argument, a prefixed id, or check-digit validation, and retrieve full details such as officers and filings.
When to use it
Useful when an assistant needs verified company identity data — checking a legal name, registration status, address or industry code, or matching a company to its official registry number — for due diligence, onboarding, compliance checks or research on French, Norwegian, Finnish or US-listed companies.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no local package, environment variables or headers are declared. No authentication is declared. Network access to the hosted endpoint is required.
Before you install
The server is read-only lookups, but results are third-party register data and may be incomplete or lag behind the official source; verify important findings against the register itself. No credentials are requested, and no data-writing or payment actions are described.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/host.beacon.worker.realgeeks-company-api%2Fcompany-registry/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Search companies by name in official business registers: France (INSEE Sirene / RNE), Norway (Brønnøysund), Finland (PRH/YTJ) and US SEC EDGAR filers. Returns normalized records (registry id, legal name, legal form, status, incorporation date, address, industry code, website, VAT where published).
Look up one company by its official identifier: FR SIREN (9 digits) or SIRET (14), NO organisasjonsnummer (9 digits), FI Y-tunnus (1234567-8), US CIK or stock ticker. The country can be given, or prefixed in the id (e.g. NO:923609016); otherwise the id is routed by check-digit validation. Includes officers and filings by default.
How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
