Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote MCP server that classifies email domains as disposable, free, alias, testing, parked or unknown, with evidence and mail-receivability.

What you can do
  • Classify a single email address or bare domain as disposable, free, alias, testing, parked or unknown, with reason, evidence and whether it can receive mail
  • Classify up to 50 addresses or domains in one batch, returned in input order, with failed entries reported as errors
  • Check the current plan, remaining monthly checks and when the allowance resets
When to use it
Useful when an assistant helps with signup validation, lead or list hygiene, or fraud screening and needs to know whether an email domain is throwaway, a privacy relay, a free provider or a parked domain before creating an account or sending a verification email.
Requirements
A remote endpoint at disban.io over streamable HTTP, with a bearer API key (dbn_...) sent in the Authorization header. A free key with 2,000 checks a month is available via the provider's signup command. No local runtime or environment variables are declared.
Before you install
The API key is a secret sent in the Authorization header and should be kept out of logs and shared configs. Email addresses and domains submitted for classification leave the user's machine and go to the provider. Checks count against a monthly quota, so batch calls consume allowance; failed entries are stated not to be charged.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Disban in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect Authorization token credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.disban%2Fdisban/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows
