Character-consistent UGC video, images, and captions from any MCP client, via the AgentHook API.
Overview
Lets an assistant generate character-consistent UGC videos, images, and captions through the AgentHook API.
- What you can do
- Wraps the AgentHook API so an assistant can create a reusable AI influencer character and then reuse that same face across later generations. Tools include make_video (script plus optional reference images to a talking-head video with native speech), make_image, caption_video (burned-in captions and transcript from a video URL), and create_influencer (portrait and character sheet). Options include prompt enhancement and TikTok- or movie-style captions.
- When to use it
- Use it when you need repeatable, character-consistent short-form video or image content, such as a series of posts built around one AI persona. It suits creators and marketers who want generation and captioning in one command rather than assembling separate tools.
- Requirements
- Runs locally as a stdio process via the npm package @getagenthook/mcp, so Node.js is needed. Requires an AgentHook account and an API key supplied in the AGENTHOOK_API_KEY environment variable; AGENTHOOK_API_URL can override the default API base. Network access to the AgentHook service is required, and it is desktop-only.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Agenthook in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Desktop only via STDIO. STDIO servers start a local process, so they need the SourceWeft desktop host.
Other MCP clients
Follow the launch instructions in the repository.
README
AgentHook
Your agent makes character-consistent UGC video.
Create one AI influencer, then reuse that same face in every video, image, and caption. Add it as an MCP server, a skill, or a CLI. Works in Claude Code, Cursor, OpenClaw, Hermes, and n8n.
Install
Pick one. All three wrap the same API, so none of them drift.
Or paste this to your agent and let it set itself up:
New accounts get 30 trial credits with no card. That covers a reusable influencer and a test image.
Agents: start here
Read https://getagenthook.com/llms-full.txt first. It is the full API contract, generated from the live schemas. Then:
What it does
The wedge is create_influencer. Make an influencer once, and your agent asks for that same face by name in every make_video and make_image run after it. One face, a whole series.
--enhance-prompt rewrites a rough one-liner into a director-grade prompt before generating, and --captions returns the video already subtitled in tiktok or movie style. Idea in, post-ready MP4 out, one command. Most platforms leave both steps to you.
Prepaid credits, no subscription. Failed runs refund automatically. Outputs live on permanent CDN URLs.
License
CLI and skill are Apache-2.0. The hosted service is a commercial product.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
