Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote MCP server for Indonesian land data: look up parcels, HGU rights, mining and logging concessions, RDTR zoning and flood hazard.

What you can do
  • Search and retrieve land parcels by certificate number, NIB, village code or coordinates, with full records and GeoJSON boundaries
  • Check overlaps between a parcel and HGU, concessions or conservation areas, and render satellite or street map images of parcels
  • Search and retrieve HGU plantation rights and mining licences by holder, commodity, province or status
  • Look up RDTR zoning and sub-zone at a point, and summarize zoned area for a village or regency
  • Get BNPB InaRISK flood hazard class at a point and find BPN villages by name or code
When to use it
Useful for due diligence, land and concession research, and spatial questions about Indonesia, such as what a parcel's right type and area are, whether it overlaps a concession, how an area is zoned, or whether a plot is flood-prone.
Requirements
Remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no local install. Requires signing in with Google through OAuth. Network access to the provider's endpoint.
Before you install
Sign-in is required and tied to a Google account; the README mentions usage limits but does not state them. Data comes from third-party public sources (ATR/BPN, OSS, ESDM, KLHK, BNPB) and parcel records contain no owner names, so results should be verified before decisions. Queries, including coordinates and certificate numbers, are sent to the provider.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open BumiAtlas: Indonesia Land, Concessions & Zoning in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.BumiAtlas%2Fbumiatlas/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Other MCP clients

Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

  • HGU (Hak Guna Usaha) plantation land rights: holder, area, land use, expiry and decree numbers
  • Mining concessions from ESDM (IUP, IUPK, KK, PKP2B), plus HPH logging and HTI pulpwood concessions and conservation areas
  • Zoning from OSS RDTR detailed spatial plans: zone, sub-zone and special provisions at any point
  • Land value zones (ZNT) and flood hazard (BNPB InaRISK)
