Overview
Remote MCP server for Hong Kong land research: look up LandsD lots by name, PRN or coordinates, with lease terms and map images.
- What you can do
- Search Hong Kong land lots by LandsD lot name, PRN, lot number, LotCSUID or latitude/longitude
- Retrieve a single lot's series, number, class, PRN, register description, lease terms and GeoJSON boundary
- Get satellite or street map images of a lot or point, with lots in view outlined and labelled
- Read grant and lease details such as grant type, term, expiry, permitted uses and building restrictions
- When to use it
- Useful when an assistant needs to answer questions about Hong Kong land parcels — identifying which lot sits at a coordinate, checking a lot's size or lease expiry, or seeing what a lease permits. Suited to property, planning and land-research questions rather than ownership or valuation.
- Requirements
- Remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no local package or runtime. OAuth sign-in with a Google account is required. Network access to the provider's endpoint.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Hong Kong Land Lots & Leases in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.BumiAtlas%2Fhongkong-land-lots/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.Other MCP clients
Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

Hong Kong Land Lots & Leases MCP
Connect your AI assistant to BumiAtlas for Hong Kong land research through the Model Context Protocol.
This listing is a focused entry point for:
- Every land lot in Hong Kong (~375k) from the Lands Department's Lot dataset on CSDI/data.gov.hk: name, series, number, class, Land Registry PRN, register description, area and boundary
- Lot lookup as LandsD writes it ("IL 2782", "Lot 155 in DD 9", "DD9-155"), by PRN ("C4800223"), or by coordinates
- Lease terms where a grant document is loaded (~75k lots): grant type, term, expiry, permitted uses and building restrictions (height, storeys, site coverage, plot ratio, building covenant)
- Satellite and street map images of a lot and its neighbours, labelled by lot name
New Territories leases dated 1997-06-27 are shown extended to 2047-06-30 under the New Territories Leases (Extension) Ordinance. Lots have no owner, title or price information.
