Is every page in Google's index?
Overview
Read-only Google Search Console tool that checks whether your sitemap pages are indexed and tracks what changed since the last check.
- What you can do
- Sign in to Google once and check sign-in status or sign out, shared across the Untapped Google plugins
- List your Search Console properties
- Inspect sitemap URLs or a supplied list for indexed, not indexed or unknown status, with plain-language flags, likely causes and suggested fixes
- Review past checks per site or the history of a single URL, stored locally
- When to use it
- Useful when you want an assistant to audit index coverage for a site you own in Search Console, diagnose why pages are missing from Google's index, or compare index status between runs.
- Requirements
- Runs locally as a plugin for Claude Code or Codex and needs Python 3.10+ on PATH as python (standard library only). Requires a Google Cloud project with the Search Console API enabled and a Desktop-app OAuth client JSON, supplied via the plugin setting or the UNTAPPED_GOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET variable. Network access to Google accounts, OAuth and Search Console endpoints plus your site's sitemap.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Untapped Index Watch in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Desktop only via STDIO. STDIO servers start a local process, so they need the SourceWeft desktop host.
Other MCP clients
Follow the launch instructions in the repository.

Tools
Flags: dropped out of the index · not indexed (with Google's reason) · blocked by the page's own noindex · robots.txt · Google couldn't fetch it · Google chose a different canonical · canonical changed · not crawled for 45+ days. An inspection that fails is reported as UNKNOWN, never as "not indexed".

What it connects to
Only Google: accounts.google.com and oauth2.googleapis.com to sign in, searchconsole.googleapis.com and
www.googleapis.com for Search Console, and your own site's sitemap. No telemetry. Details: PRIVACY.md.
Limits
- Google allows 2,000 URL inspections per property per day (600 a minute); the default checks 50 URLs.
- Request indexing has no API: it's a manual click in Search Console.
- Inspection reports Google's last known state, which can lag a recent change by days.

Score
50% of the applicable checks met
How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.

Keep the endpoint answering the MCP handshake; SourceWeft probes it every 30 days.

Declare the credential headers in the registry entry, or keep the endpoint answering the probe so its auth can be classified.
