Overview

AI-generated overview

Lets an assistant search and read the Lium GPU rental documentation covering pods, CLI, SDK, REST API and agent guides.

What it does
A remote documentation server for the Lium GPU rental platform. It exposes search and read access to the Lium docs, which cover renting GPUs, managing pods, the lium CLI, the SDK, the REST API and agent guides. The manifest lists no individual tools, so the exact tool names are not documented here.
When to use it
Useful when an assistant needs to answer questions about Lium GPU rental, pod management, or the Lium CLI, SDK and REST API while helping with agent-first compute workflows. It is a documentation lookup service, not a way to actually rent GPUs or manage pods.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint at docs.lium.io; no packages, environment variables or headers are declared, and no authentication is declared. Network access to that endpoint is required.
Before you install
The README describes a separate agent skill and installer that write files into agent skill directories and fetch content from a git ref; that is not this MCP endpoint. No credentials, payments or write actions are declared for the docs server itself.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Lium Docs in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Other MCP clients

Add this to your client's mcpServers config.

README

lium-skill

The lium agent skill — teaches an AI coding agent to rent GPUs and manage pods on Lium, agent-first compute: a GPU rental platform.

Install

bash
npx skills add Datura-ai/lium-skill --skill lium

Works in any agent that supports the Agent Skills standard — Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and others.

Without node, install into the agent skill directories directly:

bash
curl -fsSL https://lium.io/agents/install.sh | bash

The installer writes SKILL.md and references/ into ~/.claude/skills/lium/, ~/.cursor/skills/lium/ and ~/.codex/skills/lium/; it takes --claude-only, --cursor-only, --codex-only, --force (overwrite without a backup) and -h. LIUM_SKILL_VERSION is the git ref the files are fetched from (default main); the repository has no tags yet, so pin a commit sha until one exists.

The skill drives the lium CLI, so install that too:

bash
curl -fsSL https://lium.io/install.sh | bashlium init

What is in here

PathPurpose
lium/SKILL.mdThe skill itself — frontmatter plus agent instructions
lium/references/CLI and SDK references, loaded on demand
agents/install.shSource of lium.io/agents/install.sh (lium.io redirects to the raw file on main)
llms.txtShort discovery index for agents
llms-full.txtSelf-contained reference, generated from the files above
scripts/build-llms-full.shGenerates llms-full.txt (SKILL.md without frontmatter + both references)
server.jsonMCP Registry entry for the docs MCP endpoint https://docs.lium.io/mcp; a change on main publishes it (bump version)
.github/CODEOWNERS, .github/REVIEWING.mdWho reviews each path and how

lium.io/llms.txt and lium.io/llms-full.txt are served from this repo's main.

Editing

llms-full.txt is generated. After changing lium/SKILL.md or anything under lium/references/, regenerate and commit it in the same change — the check-drift job (.github/workflows/check-llms-full.yml) regenerates the file on every PR, push to main and merge-queue run and fails on any difference:

bash
./scripts/build-llms-full.sh
