Servidor MCP que permite ejecutar tests de Godot con GUT desde cualquier IA
Overview
A local MCP server that lets an AI assistant run Godot unit tests with GUT and read structured pass/fail results.
- What you can do
- Run the full GUT test suite and get a summary of passing and failing tests with an all-passed flag and per-test details including status, message and error line.
- When to use it
- Useful when an assistant edits GDScript in a Godot project and should verify changes by running the GUT suite and reading failures to fix them, in a write-code, test, fix loop.
- Requirements
- Runs as a local process installed from PyPI (godot-gut-mcp) with Python 3.10 or higher. Needs Godot 4.x and GUT 9.x installed in the project under res://addons/gut/. Requires the GODOT_PATH and GODOT_PROJECT_PATH environment variables pointing to the Godot executable and the project folder containing project.godot. Desktop only.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Godot Gut Mcp in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Desktop only via STDIO. STDIO servers start a local process, so they need the SourceWeft desktop host.
Other MCP clients
Follow the launch instructions in the repository.

Score
40% of the applicable checks met
How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
- Reached in the last 30 days25 pts
Keep the endpoint answering the MCP handshake; SourceWeft probes it every 30 days.
- Auth declared10 pts
Declare the credential headers in the registry entry, or keep the endpoint answering the probe so its auth can be classified.
- Tools listed15 pts
Answer tools/list without a credential, or ship a package that starts in a sandbox without one.
