Overview

AI-generated overview

Lets an assistant store and retrieve visual memory and context as a knowledge graph.

What you can do
Provides visual memory and context storage backed by knowledge graph capabilities, so an assistant can save and retrieve previously stored memory content. Memory data lives in a memory.json file whose location is set through an environment variable, and the directories the server may access are also configured by environment variable.
When to use it
Useful when an assistant should keep project context across sessions and organize or look up stored memory as a knowledge graph.
Requirements
Runs as a local stdio process from the npm package visual-memory-context-server. Requires the ALLOWED_DIRECTORIES environment variable for accessible directories and MEMORY_FILE_PATH for the memory.json storage file. Desktop only.
Before you install
The server can read and write within the directories listed in ALLOWED_DIRECTORIES, so grant only the folders needed. Memory content is written to the file named by MEMORY_FILE_PATH; check that path holds no sensitive data and expect existing content there to be changed.

Score

25% of the applicable checks met

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.

  • Reached in the last 30 days25 pts

Keep the endpoint answering the MCP handshake; SourceWeft probes it every 30 days.

  • Auth declared10 pts

Declare the credential headers in the registry entry, or keep the endpoint answering the probe so its auth can be classified.

  • Tools listed15 pts

Answer tools/list without a credential, or ship a package that starts in a sandbox without one.

Declare a GitHub repository with a README, or serve resource_documentation in the OAuth protected-resource metadata.

Declare a license in the repository or the registry entry.
