Etsy Sales Mcp
io.github.GeminiGeorge22v1.0.0Updated Oct 2, 2026
Etsy shop sales counters with history plus live Etsy search listing rows, via Apify MCP.
Overview
Lets an assistant pull Etsy shop sales counters with history and live Etsy search listing rows through Apify's hosted MCP.
- What it does
- Exposes two Apify Actors as tools: one returns daily sales and velocity rows for named Etsy shops (counters, history, breakout fields), the other returns live keyword, market, or category search listing rows with title, price, shop, badges, and rank. Supporting tools read Actor run details, dataset items, and key-value store records, and abort a running run.
- When to use it
- Use it when you want an assistant to track sales trends for specific Etsy shops or collect Etsy search listing data for market research, dashboards, or CRM-style workflows, without writing your own scraper.
- Requirements
- A remote MCP endpoint at mcp.apify.com, or the Apify Actors MCP server run locally via npx with Node.js. An Apify account and an Apify token (APIFY_TOKEN) are needed; runs are billed to that account. Network access is required.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Etsy Sales Mcp in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Other MCP clients
Add this to your client's mcpServers config.

etsy-sales-mcp
Drop-in Etsy data for sales and marketing software — CRMs, dashboards, research workflows, and AI assistants — via Apify’s hosted MCP or the Store Actors directly.
Pull Etsy shop sales counters with history/breakout fields and live Etsy search listing rows (title, price, shop, badges, rank) through Apify MCP. Manifest-only repo — no Actor source.
Disclosure: I maintain these Actors on Apify Store (publicrecords). This repo documents MCP / client config only.
MCP pin (both Actors)
Use either path:
- Apify MCP (Claude Desktop, Cursor, or any MCP client) with the pin above
- Store Actors directly in Apify Console / API for pipelines, CRMs, and dashboards
Auth: your own Apify token in the client when prompted. Runs are billed on your Apify account.
Pricing (Console PPE, live 2026-10-02)
Tracker — publicrecords/etsy-shop-velocity
Measured: 2 shops → $0.011; 5 shops → $0.020. No proxy required.
Search — publicrecords/etsy-search-scraper
Measured proof run pRpdAMmfeMHdmuRXA: 36 complete listing rows → $0.221. Works out of the box on Apify residential proxy (default; Apify bills proxy usage separately — no proxy markup on our PPE). Or plug in your own residential proxy. Blocked pages charge no listing rows.
Tools
Live tools/list against the pin URL (Bearer Apify token). Tool names exposed:
Claude Desktop
