- What you can do
- Search and enrich people and companies in Apollo's contact database, including verified emails and phone numbers
- Create, update, search and delete CRM contacts, accounts, deals, tasks and notes
- Manage email sequences and outreach: add contacts, pause or remove them, review sent emails and open/click activity
- Organize records with labels, pipeline stages, custom fields, team member lookup and activity logs
- Check API credit usage and API health, and search recent news about target companies
- When to use it
- Useful for sales, recruiting or go-to-market work where you want an assistant to prospect, enrich leads and keep Apollo CRM records and outreach sequences up to date from the editor or chat client.
- Requirements
- Node.js 18 or later, with the server cloned and built locally (npm install, npm run build) and launched as a local stdio process. An Apollo.io API key supplied through the APOLLO_API_KEY environment variable, plus an MCP-compatible client such as Claude Code or Cursor. Network access to the Apollo.io API.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Apollo.io MCP Server in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Desktop only via STDIO. STDIO servers start a local process, so they need the SourceWeft desktop host.
Other MCP clients

README
Apollo.io MCP Server
A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for the Apollo.io API -- giving AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Cursor, and any MCP-compatible client direct access to Apollo.io's sales intelligence platform.

- Automated enrichment -- Enrich leads with verified emails and phone numbers without leaving your editor
- CRM operations -- Create, update, search, and delete contacts, accounts, deals, tasks, and notes through conversation
- Sequence management -- Add contacts to email sequences and monitor outreach performance

Score
40% of the applicable checks met
How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
- Reached in the last 30 days25 pts
Keep the endpoint answering the MCP handshake; SourceWeft probes it every 30 days.
- Auth declared10 pts
Declare the credential headers in the registry entry, or keep the endpoint answering the probe so its auth can be classified.
