Official sanctions list changes (OFAC, UK, EU) and EU data: deadlines, CBAM, EUDR, contract winners

VerifiedStreamable HTTPWeb executableFinanceData & AnalyticsBusiness & Commerce

Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote MCP server returning official sanctions-list changes and EU compliance facts (deadlines, CBAM, EUDR, TED awards, grants, trade measures) with sources.

What you can do
  • Search, read and monitor sanctions list entries across US OFAC, UK and EU lists, including additions, amendments and removals
  • List and fetch EU statutory compliance deadlines with Official Journal source, quote and hash
  • Look up CBAM default emissions, estimated cost, certificate price and origin countries by CN code
  • Check EUDR scope for a product code or browse the Annex I product catalogue
  • Find EU public contract winners from TED award notices and fetch a single notice
  • Track EU grant call changes, trade defence measures and tariff quotas, and TED tender deadline changes
When to use it
Useful when an assistant must answer trade-compliance or EU regulatory questions with citable official sources: screening names against sanctions lists, estimating CBAM exposure, checking EUDR scope, or following tender, grant and contract-award changes.
Requirements
Remote Streamable HTTP endpoint at aurelmark.live; no local install. No account needed for keyless use, limited to 10 successful metered answers per caller per day. An optional API key is sent as an Authorization Bearer header and draws on prepaid credits. Network access required.
Before you install
Sanctions output is a monitoring feed, not a clearance decision or legal advice, and the UN list is not included; the official lists remain authoritative. An API key is a billable credential with prepaid credits, and quota exhaustion returns an error. Answers should be quoted with their sources.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Aurelmark in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.Ishan73744%2Faurelmark/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

sanctions_list_changes

List sanctions listing changes

Returns additions, amendments and removals between official sanctions list snapshots: US Treasury OFAC SDN and Consolidated, UK HM Treasury/FCDO and EU Financial Sanctions Files. Use it to monitor what changed since a date; use sanctions_search_entries when you have a name, and sanctions_get_entry when you already know a list and id. Inputs (all optional, they narrow together): since (YYYY-MM-DD, default 7 days ago), list, change (added/amended/removed), limit (1 to 50, default 20) and cursor (next_cursor from the previous page, same filters). Output: changes[] with entry, changed fields, observed_at and proof (official file URL, SHA-256, source date), plus lists[] check times and next_cursor for paging or polling; lists are checked about every 6 hours. This is a monitoring feed, not a clearance decision: no change means none observed, the UN list is not covered, and the official publications are authoritative. Terms: read-only; MCP calls are never charged. Without a key, metered routes give 10 successful answers a day free (unmetered routes are unlimited); errors do not count. On the paid HTTP routes, errors and empty answers are free. An optional API key keeps its prepaid-credit policy. When the free answers run out, the error names the HTTP alternative.

Parameterslistlimitsincechangecursor

sanctions_search_entries

Search current sanctions entries

Returns current entries on the official OFAC (SDN and Consolidated), UK and EU sanctions lists whose names or aliases start with the words you give, ignoring case, accents and punctuation. Use it when you have a name; use sanctions_get_entry for a known list and id, and sanctions_list_changes to watch what changed. Inputs: name (required, word prefix of at least 3 letters/digits, e.g. Rosneft), list (optional, one list) and limit (1 to 50, default 20; no paging, so narrow name or list when has_more is true). Output: matches[] with list, id, names, aliases, programmes, countries, first_seen and last_changed, plus has_more and lists[] with official file URLs and check times (about every 6 hours). This is a monitoring aid, not a clearance decision: no match does not clear anyone, the UN list is not covered, and the official lists are authoritative.

Parameterslistnamerequiredlimit

sanctions_get_entry

Get one current sanctions entry

Returns one current entry from the official OFAC, UK or EU sanctions list by list and exact id, with proof of the official file it came from. Use it after sanctions_search_entries or sanctions_list_changes gave you an id; use sanctions_search_entries to match a name and sanctions_list_changes to see why an entry was removed. Inputs: list (required: ofac-sdn, ofac-consolidated, uk or eu) and id (required, 1 to 40 letters/digits/._-, e.g. RUS0849 on uk or 36 on ofac-sdn). Output: entry with names, aliases, programmes, countries, first_seen and last_changed, and proof (official file URL, SHA-256, source date). An unknown or removed id returns the error entry_not_listed. Reads stored snapshots refreshed about every 6 hours; a monitoring feed, not a real-time clearance decision.

Parametersidrequiredlistrequired

compliance_list_deadlines

List EU compliance deadlines

Returns statutory EU compliance dates (CBAM, EUDR and other laws) with the Official Journal source, quote and SHA-256 for each. Use it to browse or filter deadlines and to find ids; use compliance_get_deadline for one known id, tenders_list_deadline_changes for tender submission deadlines and funding_list_changes for grant call deadlines. Inputs (all optional, they narrow together): law (name from the returned laws list, case-insensitive, e.g. CBAM), status (upcoming or applies), from and to (YYYY-MM-DD). With no filters it returns every date, ordered by date then id, without paging. Output: as_of, verified, count, laws[] and deadlines[] with id, law, obligation, date, days_until, status, source URL, quote, SHA-256 and history. Data is bundled from the acts and reviewed as of verified; days_until is computed today.

Parameterstolawfromstatus

compliance_get_deadline

Get one EU compliance deadline

Returns one statutory EU compliance deadline by its exact id, with the Official Journal source, quote, SHA-256 and dated history of changes. Use it when you already have an id from compliance_list_deadlines; use compliance_list_deadlines to search by law or dates or to get several at once. Input: id (required, 1 to 80 lowercase letters/digits/hyphens, case-sensitive, e.g. eudr-large-medium-operators). Output: as_of, verified and deadline with obligation, date, previous_date, status, days_until, source URL, quote, SHA-256 and history. An unknown id returns the error deadline_not_found. Data is bundled from the acts and reviewed as of verified; days_until is computed today.

Parametersidrequired

cbam_get_default_values

Get CBAM default emission values

Returns official CBAM default embedded emissions (tCO2e per tonne) for a CN/TARIC code, origin country and year, from the Commission's implementing act, with markup, gross EUR per tonne and the certificate price used. Use it to estimate CBAM cost for a product; use cbam_get_certificate_price for the price alone and cbam_list_countries to see which countries have their own table. Inputs: cn (required, CN/TARIC code or prefix, 2 to 10 digits, spaces and dots ignored, e.g. 7208 or 2523900010), country (optional, two-letter ISO code such as IN, default OTHER; UNKNOWN selects the Annex IV precursor values) and year (optional, 2026 to 2100, default the current year). A prefix expands to at most 100 matches; truncated says rows were left out. Output: matches[] with code, description, direct emissions, markup, gross EUR per tonne, plus certificate_price and regulation sources. Indirect emissions and electricity are excluded. A code outside CBAM returns the error not_a_cbam_good. Values are bundled from the cited acts, not live CBAM Registry figures.

Parameterscnrequiredyearcountry

cbam_get_certificate_price

Get CBAM certificate price

Returns the latest official CBAM certificate price published by the European Commission (EUR per certificate, one tonne CO2e) with its period, publication date and history. Use it when you only need the price; use cbam_get_default_values for a product's emissions and estimated cost, which already includes this price. No inputs. Output: unit, latest (period, price, published), history[], next expected publication and Commission source links. The Commission publishes quarterly in 2026 and weekly from 2027; we copy each publication, so check latest.published rather than treating it as a live market quote.

Takes no parameters.

cbam_list_countries

List CBAM default-value countries

Returns the origin countries that have their own table in the official CBAM default-values act, as ISO code and name, with the regulation source. Use it to pick a country code before calling cbam_get_default_values; it returns no emission values itself, and countries not listed use OTHER there. No inputs. Output: countries[] (code, name) and source. Changes only when the bundled official act is updated.

Takes no parameters.

eudr_check_scope

Check EUDR product scope

Returns whether one CN/HS/TARIC code is covered by the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) Annex I, with the matching product lines and official sources. Use it to check a single code; use eudr_list_products to browse the whole Annex I catalogue, and cbam_get_default_values for CBAM, a different law. Input: cn (required, code or prefix, 2 to 10 digits, spaces and dots ignored, e.g. 0901 for coffee). Output: verdict (yes, partly, some_codes_below or no), meaning, matches[], removed products, applies_from, sources and verified. some_codes_below means a longer code is needed; partly means an ex line where only the described goods are covered. Bundled from the official acts and reviewed as of verified; this is scope information, not a due-diligence statement.

Parameterscnrequired

eudr_list_products

List EUDR products in scope

Returns the full EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) Annex I product catalogue: each commodity with its CN codes and descriptions, from the official acts. Use it to browse what is covered; use eudr_check_scope to test one code and get a clear verdict. No inputs; no paging. Output: products[] (commodity, codes, descriptions), removed products, applies_from dates, official sources and verified. Ex lines cover only the described goods, not everything under the code. Bundled from the official acts and reviewed as of verified.

Takes no parameters.

awards_list_contracts

List EU contract awards

Returns EU public-contract winners from official TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) award notices published since a date: who won, which buyer, value, CPV and lots. Use it to find new awards or what a company has won; use awards_get_contract for one known notice, and tenders_list_deadline_changes for open tender deadlines, not winners. Inputs (all optional, they narrow together): since (YYYY-MM-DD, default 7 days ago; about 45 days are kept), cpv (up to 5 comma-separated CPV prefixes of 2 to 8 digits, e.g. 72 for IT services), country (buyer, 3-letter ISO code as TED uses, e.g. DEU), winner (name prefix, at least 3 letters, e.g. Mennica Polska), winner_id (exact official id, e.g. PL1234567890), limit (1 to 50, default 20) and cursor (next_cursor, same filters). Output: awards[] with winners, buyer, value, CPV, dates, lots, notice URL and SHA-256 proof, plus count, has_more, next_cursor and feed (checked_at, coverage). Stored observations, not a live TED search; check feed.checked_at.

Parameterscpvlimitsincecursorwinnercountrywinner_id

awards_get_contract

Get one EU contract award

Returns one EU contract award notice from official TED by its publication number: winners, buyer, value, CPV, dates, lots, notice URL and SHA-256 proof. Use it when you already have a notice_id; use awards_list_contracts to discover awards or filter by company, CPV or country. Input: notice_id (required, TED publication number, 1 to 8 digits, hyphen, year, e.g. 718666-2026). Output: award and feed (coverage, checked_at). A notice we have not stored returns award_not_found; awards_feed_not_ready means the feed is not loaded yet. Reads stored observations (about 45 days), not a live TED lookup.

Parametersnotice_idrequired

funding_list_changes

List EU funding call changes

Returns changes to open and forthcoming EU grant calls on the official EU Funding & Tenders Portal: new calls, moved deadlines, status changes and removals, with before/after records. Use it to follow EU grants; use tenders_list_deadline_changes for procurement tenders and compliance_list_deadlines for legal compliance dates. Inputs (all optional, they narrow together): since (YYYY-MM-DD, default 7 days ago), change (added/amended/removed), field (which field changed, e.g. deadlines), identifier (topic or call id prefix, 2 to 200 characters, e.g. HORIZON-CL5-2026), limit (1 to 50, default 20) and cursor (next_cursor, same filters). Output: changes[] with before and after topic records, official topic URL and observed_at, plus count, has_more, next_cursor and feed check time; the Portal is checked about every 6 hours. A change feed, not a catalogue of all open calls. For one topic's current record use HTTP GET /v1/eu/funding/topics/{id} (see /openapi.json).

Parametersfieldlimitsincechangecursoridentifier

trade_list_measures

List EU trade defence measures

Returns EU anti-dumping, countervailing, safeguard and steel regulations published in the Official Journal (EUR-Lex), with products, origin countries and the CN/TARIC codes they name. Use it to find trade defence actions on a product or country; use trade_list_quotas for tariff quota volumes, and TARIC for binding duty rates and quota balances. Inputs (all optional, they narrow together): cn (CN/TARIC code, 4 to 10 digits, e.g. 7208; matches broader and narrower codes on the first 8 digits), since (YYYY-MM-DD), instrument, action, country (origin name part, e.g. China), limit (1 to 50, default 20) and cursor (next_cursor, same filters). Output: measures[] with celex, title, action, instrument, products, origin countries, CN/TARIC codes, EUR-Lex URL and observed_at, plus next_cursor and feed freshness; EUR-Lex is checked twice a day. Extracted codes are not a binding duty rate. For one act use HTTP GET /v1/eu/trade-defence/measures/{celex} (see /openapi.json).

Parameterscnlimitsinceactioncursorcountryinstrument

trade_list_quotas

List EU tariff quota tables

Returns EU steel and safeguard tariff quota rows taken from the tables of official Official Journal acts: order number, product, CN codes, country, tonnes per period and out-of-quota duty. Use it for allocated quota volumes; use trade_list_measures for the regulations themselves, and TARIC for live remaining balances. Inputs (all optional, they narrow together): cn (CN/TARIC code, 4 to 10 digits, e.g. 7208; matches broader and narrower codes on the first 8 digits), country (name part, e.g. India), order_number (e.g. 09.9801), celex (exact act, e.g. 32026R1457), history (true also returns rows replaced by later acts; default false keeps the newest act per order), limit (1 to 50, default 20) and cursor (next_cursor, same filters; paging only, not a change checkpoint). Output: quotas[] with order_number, product, CN codes, country, period tonnes, duty and act URL, plus count, has_more, next_cursor and feed freshness (checked twice a day). Not live quota availability.

List watched TED tenders

Returns the official TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) tenders we monitor for submission-deadline changes, with each one's notice_id, last check time and freshness. Use it first to find a notice_id for tenders_list_deadline_changes; use awards_list_contracts for contract winners. No inputs. It does not add a watch (ask [email protected]). Output: the watched notices with their notice_id values, last check times and freshness, as /v1/coverage reports them (checked hourly). Always free and unlimited, no key needed.

Takes no parameters.

tenders_list_deadline_changes

List TED tender deadline changes

Returns submission-deadline changes for one watched TED tender, from its official TED notices: each event per lot with old and new deadline (local and UTC), plus the current deadlines. Use it after tenders_list_watched gave you a notice_id; use funding_list_changes for grant calls and compliance_list_deadlines for legal dates. Inputs: notice_id (required, TED publication number, e.g. 662865-2026), limit (1 to 50, default 50) and cursor (next_cursor to page or checkpoint_cursor to poll later; cursors belong to that notice and expire after 24 hours). Output: events[] with lot, old and new deadlines and the TED notice link, current deadlines, cursors and freshness (checked hourly). A notice we do not watch returns notice_not_tracked.
