Persistent working memory for AI agents: a knowledge graph with semantic search and decay.
Overview
Persistent working memory for AI agents: a knowledge graph with semantic search and decay, reachable as a remote endpoint or a local npm process.
- What you can do
- No tools are listed in the manifest, so capabilities come from the description only.
- It gives an assistant a persistent knowledge graph to store working memory across sessions.
- Semantic search over that graph lets the assistant recall related items rather than exact matches.
- A decay mechanism is described, implying stored memories age or lose weight over time.
- It can run as a hosted remote endpoint or as a local process backed by a SurrealDB instance.
- When to use it
- Worth considering when an assistant needs memory that survives between conversations and should be retrieved by meaning rather than keywords. Suited to self-hosters who already run or are willing to run SurrealDB and an embedding provider.
- Requirements
- Either the remote endpoint with OAuth, or the npm package run with npx (Node.js). Self-hosting needs a SurrealDB WebSocket URL, username and password, a JWT secret of at least 32 characters, an auth mode setting, and an embedding provider (cohere with an API key, or ollama with a base URL).
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Komplyt Zero in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.Komplyzen%2Fkomplyt-zero/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.Other MCP clients
Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
