Overview

AI-generated overview

Read-only MCP server exposing the nuvui React UI library's docs, rules, blocks, charts and design tokens so coding agents can write correct nuvui code.

What you can do
  • Read the library's rules and version notes, and list components and guides by package
  • Search the reference and read a full page or one section as Markdown, including props, examples, CSS variables and accessibility notes
  • Browse ready-made screen blocks and fetch a block's TSX and SCSS files with its dependencies and install command
  • List and fetch chart files built on Recharts with @nuvui/charts
  • Get design tokens as CSS custom properties, optionally filtered by prefix
  • Check changelogs for what each @nuvui package added after a project's installed versions
When to use it
Use it when an assistant is writing, reviewing or upgrading code that uses nuvui, so it can follow the library's rules, read the right component page, and reuse existing blocks and charts instead of inventing screens.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no package, account, API key or environment variable is declared. Network access to the provider's endpoint is needed.
Before you install
The server states that everything it serves is read-only and public. Content it returns is third-party documentation and code samples, so review copied blocks and charts before adding them to a project, and check that props and tokens match the project's installed version.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open NuvUI in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.Nuvraxis%2Fnuvui/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

get_rules

Rules for using nuvui

Start here. Without a topic: the versions these docs describe, what to know before writing code with nuvui, the packages, the rules in a line each, and which component meets which need. With a topic: that rule in full, with wrong and right code.

Parameterstopicversion

list_components

List the components

Every component page, by package, with what each is for in a line. Pass a package to see only its pages.

Parameterspackageversion

list_guides

List the guides

The pages that aren't about one component: getting started, theming, Tailwind, SCSS, forms, right to left, translation, the Content Security Policy, support, and recipes for whole screens.

Parametersversion

get_page

Read a page of the docs

One page of the reference, as Markdown: a component's parts, props, examples, CSS variables, classes and accessibility, or a guide. Takes a page's id from list_components, list_guides or search_docs, or a component's name, such as Compare or DataTable. A section gives only that part of the page, such as Props or CSS variables.

Parameterspagerequiredsectionversion

search_docs

Search the docs

Finds the sections of the reference that best answer a question or a few words, such as 'sortable table', 'dark mode' or 'error message on a field'. Each result names its page and section, for get_page.

Parameterslimitqueryrequiredversion

list_blocks

List the blocks

Blocks are screens and parts of apps built from the components, such as a sign-in screen, a dashboard or a pricing table, each a TSX file and an SCSS file to copy and change. Look here before building a screen from nothing.

Parametersversioncategory

get_block

Read a block

A block's files in full, the packages they need, and the command that adds it to a project.

Parametersnamerequiredversion

list_charts

List the charts

Charts built with @nuvui/charts on Recharts, each one file to copy: area, bar, line, pie, radar, radial, scatter and more.

Parametersfamily

get_chart

Read a chart

A chart's file in full, such as bar/stacked, from list_charts.

Parametersnamerequired

get_tokens

Read the design tokens

The design tokens as CSS custom properties, for your own CSS: var(--color-primary), never a color written out. A prefix gives only those, such as --color-, --radius- or --text-.

Parametersprefixversion

get_changes

What changed since a version

What each @nuvui/* package added and changed after the versions a project has, from the packages' changelogs, newest first, and what's in the docs but in no release yet. Pass the @nuvui/* entries of the project's package.json. Without them: the latest version of each package.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
