Your swim, bike and run training: readiness, HRV, sleep, workouts and race predictions. Read-only.
Overview
Paceva is a remote, read-only MCP server that lets an assistant read an endurance athlete's swim, bike and run training data and race predictions.
- What you can do
- Read training and recovery data: readiness, HRV, sleep and workouts from the athlete's watch.
- Read race predictions returned as low-to-high ranges with how often each range has held.
- Distinguish device-measured values from values computed by Paceva.
- Answer questions such as whether to train hard today, what a given swim time might be, or how a block of riding went.
- When to use it
- Useful for endurance athletes who already sync watch data through Intervals.icu and want an AI assistant to interpret readiness, sleep, HRV, workouts and race predictions in conversation. It is read-only, so it suits analysis and advice rather than editing training plans.
- Requirements
- A remote Streamable HTTP endpoint with OAuth 2.1 (PKCE) sign-in; the client must support that. A Paceva account, plus an Intervals.icu connection to bring in watch data from Garmin, Coros, Wahoo, Polar or Suunto. No environment variables or headers are declared.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Paceva in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.OwenScheuer%2Fpaceva/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.Other MCP clients
Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

Paceva for developers
Paceva turns an endurance athlete's watch data into honest race predictions: ranges, checked against their own history. This repository documents the public surface: the Paceva MCP server, the OAuth 2.1 sign-in in front of it, and how Paceva connects to Intervals.icu.
The Paceva app itself is closed source. This repo is documentation and examples only.
Connect in one minute
Server URL: https://paceva.app/api/mcp
Then ask things like "Should I go hard today?", "What could I swim a 1500 in right now?" or "How did my last block of riding go?".

What's here
Ground rules
- Read-only. One scope,
paceva:read. No tool writes anything. - Only your own data. A token is bound to one Paceva account; it can never read anyone else's.
- Every number is labelled.
devicevalues are your watch's own (e.g. Garmin's HRV);pacevavalues are computed by Paceva. - Predictions are ranges. Tools return a low–high range and how often that range holds for you. Quote the range, not a single time.
- Revocable. Disconnect any app from Paceva → Use with AI; its tokens stop working on the next call.
