AI support agent on Zealoop: knowledge, procedures, actions, widget install and testing.

Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote MCP server that lets an AI coding agent configure, test and publish a Zealoop AI support agent for a website.

What you can do
  • Check workspace status and get widget install instructions for a site's framework
  • Adjust the chat widget's appearance and verify it is live on the site
  • Add and resync knowledge sources, tables and rows
  • Write procedures, actions and segments and update the agent's guidance
  • Run simulations and batch tests before changes go live
  • Publish, unpublish or restore agent configs, and read analytics and past conversations
When to use it
Useful when you run a Zealoop support agent on your website and want your coding agent to build out its knowledge, procedures and actions, embed the chat widget, and test changes before customers see them.
Requirements
A remote Streamable HTTP endpoint; nothing to install. OAuth 2.1 sign-in to a Zealoop account, with a browser-based login flow in clients that support OAuth. A Zealoop workspace and a website where the widget is installed.
Before you install
The server can change live support-agent configuration: it writes knowledge, procedures, actions and segments, edits widget appearance, and publishes, unpublishes or restores configs, which the README says requires your confirmation. It also reads analytics and past customer conversations, so conversation data is exposed to the connected agent. Review changes and test before publishing.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Zealoop in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.Pankaj-bit361%2Fzealoop/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Other MCP clients

Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

README

Zealoop MCP server

Connect your AI coding agent to Zealoop, the AI support agent for your website. Your agent can set up and tune your support agent for you: add knowledge, write procedures and actions, add the chat widget to your site, and test it before customers see it.

This is a remote MCP server. There is nothing to install or run.

https://api.zealoop.com/mcp

Transport: Streamable HTTP. Auth: OAuth 2.1 (your client opens a browser and you sign in to Zealoop).

Connect

Claude Code

bash
claude mcp add zealoop --transport http https://api.zealoop.com/mcp

Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code, and other MCP clients: add a server with the URL above. Clients that support OAuth sign you in automatically.

What your agent can do

  • Check workspace status and get install instructions for your site's framework
  • Change the chat widget's look, and verify the widget is live on your site after your agent adds it to your code
  • Add and resync knowledge sources, tables and rows
  • Write procedures, actions and segments, and update the agent's guidance
  • Run simulations and batch tests before anything goes live
  • Publish, unpublish and restore agent configs (publishing needs your confirmation)
  • Read analytics and search past conversations

This server asks you to sign in, so SourceWeft could not read its tools without an account and has not indexed them. What a connected account sees can depend on that account and its permissions.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
