ProofMart lets an assistant submit factual claims for verification and get verdicts, confidence scores, evidence and signed receipts, plus agent conduct…
What you can do
Submit a single factual claim and receive a verdict (TRUE, FALSE, MIXED or UNVERIFIED), a confidence score, supporting evidence and a signed receipt
Look up an agent's conduct record from the Conduct Feed, with a 0-100 score, component scores, evidence mix and contested markings
List ProofMart subscription plans with monthly check bundles and draft prices
When to use it
Useful when an assistant needs to check a factual claim before relying on it, keep a signed record of what was verified and on what evidence, or look up how an agent has behaved before trusting it.
Requirements
A remote endpoint at proofmart.fly.dev over streamable HTTP. A ProofMart customer key sent in the X-ProofMart-Key header (or as a bearer token) is required for verify_claim and for your own conduct record. Keyless checks and other agents' conduct records can instead be paid per call in USDC over the x402 protocol, if that door is enabled. list_plans needs no key.
Before you install
The customer key is a live credential and is metered against your plan; keep it private. Keyless checks and other agents' conduct records cost money in USDC per call, so spending can occur. Claims you submit are sent to ProofMart and remembered in its Ledger, and conduct records come from a separate business built on ProofMart receipts.
Connect X-ProofMart-Key credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.ProofMart%2Fproofmart/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Submit one factual claim to ProofMart and get back a verdict (TRUE / FALSE / MIXED / UNVERIFIED), a confidence score (0-100), the evidence behind the verdict, and a signed receipt. Verdicts are remembered in ProofMart's Ledger: a claim that was already checked and is still fresh is answered instantly from memory (the result's 'source' field says 'ledger'; fresh research says 'checker'). Compound claims are split into individual facts automatically. One call = one metered check against the customer's plan.

Pull an agent's conduct record (Conduct Feed)
Ask the Conduct Feed — a separate business from ProofMart, whose records are built from ProofMart check receipts — how an agent has behaved: a 0-100 conduct score with its component scores, the evidence mix behind it (event counts by tier, record span, settled payments), contested markings, and a signed attestation. Identify the agent by customer_id (a ProofMart customer number) or by wallet (its x402 payer address). Your OWN record is free when you send your customer key; pulling another agent's record costs $0.05, paid in USDC over x402: a call that needs payment is answered 402 with payment requirements in the PAYMENT-REQUIRED header — pay and retry with the signed payment in the PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header. An agent with no history answers standing 'no_record' — never a fabricated score. Full method: GET /conduct/methodology.
