Per-client shared AI memory: approved notes that Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor read over MCP.
Overview
Krewbill is a hosted MCP server that gives each client a shared, human-approved memory of notes that assistants can read and suggest additions to.
- What you can do
- List the spaces a connection key can read
- Read a space's approved notes (voice and rules, key facts, decisions)
- Search approved notes by keyword across one or all accessible spaces
- Suggest new notes that wait in an approval queue for a person
- Flag an approved note as possibly out of date for review
- When to use it
- Useful for teams serving multiple clients who keep re-explaining each client's tone, rules and facts in every new chat, and want assistants to start from a curated, approved memory instead.
- Requirements
- A remote HTTP MCP endpoint at krewbill.com; no local package. A Krewbill account, a created space and a connection key, sent as an Authorization bearer header or embedded in a personal server address shown once at key creation. Works with any MCP client supporting remote HTTP servers; tested with Claude Code.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Krewbill in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Connect Authorization token credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.RyanV1304%2Fkrewbill-mcp/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.Other MCP clients
Add this to your client's mcpServers config.

Krewbill MCP
Krewbill gives each client a shared AI memory: a space of notes that a person has approved. Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor read those notes over a remote MCP server, so your team stops re-explaining a client's tone, rules and facts in every new chat.

This repository only describes the hosted Krewbill MCP service. The service itself is closed-source.
What it does
- One space per client, holding notes a person has approved.
- Assistants can read a space's approved notes.
- Assistants can only suggest new notes. Nothing is saved to the space until a person approves it.
- Each connection key is limited to the spaces you choose, can be read-only, and can be revoked.
- Accounts, workspaces, roles and invitations are available in the web app.
- Works with any MCP client that supports remote (HTTP) servers. Tested with Claude Code; use with other clients may need a different setup.
Tools
A key can cover one space, several, or all of them, and can be read-only. Read-only keys cannot suggest notes.
Connect
- Create a space and a connection key at https://krewbill.com (see https://krewbill.com/connect).
- Krewbill shows your personal server address once, when you create the key. Copy it.
- Add it to your assistant. For Claude Code:
If your tool asks for a header instead of a key in the address, use the plain server address https://www.krewbill.com/api/mcp and send Authorization: Bearer <your-key>.
Create one key per tool, so you can revoke each separately.
Status
Krewbill is free during early access, until December 30, 2026. Connections authenticate with keys.
