Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote FlaskTrack MCP endpoint that lets an assistant read and scaffold organization-scoped laboratory data.

What you can do
  • Read organization-scoped laboratory data held in FlaskTrack.
  • Scaffold new laboratory records or structures within the organization.
  • Access is scoped to a single organization identified by a header, so results stay within that organization's data.
When to use it
Useful when a team already keeps laboratory data in FlaskTrack and wants an assistant to look up that data or help set up new records without leaving the chat.
Requirements
A remote MCP connection to the FlaskTrack endpoint over streamable HTTP. Requires a FlaskTrack API key sent in the x-api-key header and the organization UUID sent in the x-organization header. No local package or runtime is needed.
Before you install
The API key is a secret sent as a header; keep it out of shared logs and transcripts. The server can scaffold data, so it may create or change records in your organization. All requests are tied to one organization UUID, so a wrong value could point at the wrong organization's data.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open FlaskTrack in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect Custom headers credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.Santurce-Software-LLC%2Fflasktrack/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

This server asks for a credential such as an API key, so SourceWeft could not read its tools without one and has not indexed them.
