Overview

AI-generated overview

Income and rent calculators plus bank-based income verification tools, letting an assistant estimate income, check pay stubs, and order verification reports.

What you can do
  • Explain how income verification works and start a bank-based verification request
  • Convert pay amounts between hourly, weekly, biweekly, monthly and annual figures
  • Calculate rent-to-income ratios, affordable rent, debt-to-income ratios and prorated rent
  • Check pay stub figures for internal inconsistencies and flag items for follow-up
  • Manage the account: show credits, create a Stripe checkout link for credit packs, send verification requests, list verifications and read completed reports
When to use it
Useful for landlords, property managers, lenders or individuals who want quick income and rent math, a sanity check on a pay stub, or a bank-based income report on an applicant or tenant.
Requirements
Remote streamable HTTP endpoint at incomechecker.com; no local install, packages, environment variables or headers declared. Verification requests consume paid credits, and applicants must connect their bank through Plaid.
Before you install
Verification requests cost credits bought through Stripe checkout, so calls can lead to real spending. Sending a request emails an applicant a link to connect their bank via Plaid, sharing their financial data with the service. Reports are estimates and should not be presented as verified or approved income. Confirm the applicant's name and email before sending.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Income Checker in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.Tariqlearnstocode%2Fincomechecker/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Parametersaudience

start_income_verification

Start a bank-based income check

check_pay_stub_math

Check pay stub math

Checks the figures on a pay stub for internal inconsistencies: gross minus deductions vs net, hours × rate, Social Security and Medicare rates, pay period length, pay date, year-to-date totals, and suspiciously round numbers. Read the numbers off the stub and pass them in. Flags items for follow-up; it does not authenticate a document or prove fraud.
