Philippines SEC Company Registry
io.github.TheCompanyAtlasv1.0.0Updated Oct 8, 2026
Philippine SEC company search by name, SEC number, company type, city and registration year.
Overview
Lets an assistant search and look up companies registered with the Philippine SEC by name, SEC number, type, address and registration year.
- What it does
- Connects an assistant to a registry of roughly 356,000 companies registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission. One tool searches companies by registered name, entity type, principal office address and registration year range, with pagination up to 50 results per page. A second tool returns a full profile for a given SEC registration number, including former names, PSGC area code, and the authorized representative, email and phone on file. Results include both the SEC number as issued and a normalized identifier.
- When to use it
- Useful when an assistant needs to identify or verify Philippine-registered companies: finding corporations by name or location, filtering by entity type or registration year, or retrieving the representative and contact details filed for a specific SEC number. It is a lookup service for public registration records, not a source of financial or filing data.
- Requirements
- A remote Streamable HTTP endpoint; no local package or runtime is needed. The client must support custom MCP connectors, and sign-in with Google OAuth is required when prompted. Network access to the provider's endpoint is required.

- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
