Overview

AI-generated overview

Gives an assistant pay-per-call crypto market data: signals, screeners, technical analysis, sentiment and AI insights for 5,000 coins.

What it does
Provides crypto market analysis tools covering roughly 5,000 coins, including trading signals, coin screeners, technical analysis, sentiment data and AI-generated insights. Each tool call is billed individually through the x402 payment flow, at about $0.005 to $0.01 per call. It runs locally as an npm package over stdio and is intended for desktop use.
When to use it
Useful when an assistant needs on-demand crypto market research — screening coins, checking signals or sentiment, or pulling technical analysis — without a subscription. Less suitable if you want free data or cannot fund a wallet.
Requirements
Runs locally as the npm package asrai-mcp over stdio, so Node.js is needed; desktop only. Requires the ASRAI_PRIVATE_KEY environment variable, the private key of a Base wallet holding USDC, plus network access to reach the service. ASRAI_MAX_SPEND optionally caps USDC spend per session (default 2.0).
Before you install
Requires ASRAI_PRIVATE_KEY, a Base wallet private key — anyone with it controls the wallet's funds, so use a dedicated low-balance wallet. Every tool call spends real USDC ($0.005–$0.01) via x402, so costs accumulate; ASRAI_MAX_SPEND limits per-session spend. Requests go to a third-party service.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Asrai — crypto market analysis (pay per call, x402) in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Desktop only via STDIO. STDIO servers start a local process, so they need the SourceWeft desktop host.
