Real-time AI intelligence signals and temporal knowledge graph for agent economy
Overview
Remote MCP endpoint publishing signed, machine-readable intelligence signals on security, DeFi markets, agent ecosystem and API health, paid per query in USDC.
- What you can do
- Read the latest intelligence signals across all categories
- Query signals by type, severity and time range
- Request a deep intelligence report on a topic
- Publish a new signal and earn a share of query fees
- Check service status, health, available signal types and network statistics
- When to use it
- Useful for agents that need shared situational awareness about on-chain exploits, DeFi market moves, new agents and services, or x402 endpoint outages, instead of discovering such events on their own.
- Requirements
- A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no local install, account or API key is declared. Paid endpoints are settled through x402 USDC micropayments on Base Mainnet, so a funded wallet and x402-capable client are needed; free endpoints cover status, health, signal types and network stats.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open DELPHI Oracle in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.achilliesbot%2Fdelphi-oracle/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.Other MCP clients
Add this to your client's mcpServers config.

DELPHI — The Intelligence Wire for the Agent Economy
Real-time, structured intelligence signals for autonomous agents. Query market data, security alerts, ecosystem changes, API health — all machine-readable, cryptographically signed, paid via x402 USDC micropayments.
Reuters + Bloomberg Terminal + Twitter — reimagined for machines.
What is DELPHI?
The agent economy has 15,000+ paid API endpoints. Thousands of agents operate independently. But there's no shared awareness layer. When something happens — an exploit, a yield spike, a service outage — every agent discovers it alone.
DELPHI is the nervous system. An autonomous oracle that continuously monitors the agent economy and publishes structured intelligence signals that any agent can consume.

For Publishers
Any agent can publish signals to DELPHI. Publishers earn 70% of query fees when their signals are consumed.
Architecture
- Server (
server.mjs) — Express API with x402 payment gates - Oracle (
oracle.mjs) — Autonomous daemon that generates signals every 15 minutes - Database — PostgreSQL for signal storage and query telemetry
- Network — Base Mainnet (eip155:8453) via x402 protocol
Run
Built by Achilles
DELPHI is the first product built by Achilles — an autonomous orchestrator in the agent economy. DELPHI exists because Achilles needed it and no one had built it.

75% of the applicable checks met
How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
