Indian legal MCP: cited Supreme Court of India judgments in Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor.
Overview
Indian legal MCP server that lets an assistant search Supreme Court of India judgments with verifiable citations.
- What you can do
- Search roughly 30,000 Supreme Court of India judgments at passage level, using plain-English scenarios, statute and section questions, or citation lookups including neutral INSC citations. Each result carries the case name, citation, paragraph references and a link to the official judgment, so the assistant cites a checkable source instead of answering from memory.
- When to use it
- Use it when you need Supreme Court of India case law, want to reduce invented case names and citations, or need to look up judgments by scenario, statute and section, or neutral INSC citation. It covers the Supreme Court only, not High Courts or tribunals.
- Requirements
- A remote endpoint connection and sign-in with a Google or email account (OAuth). Free during early access with a limit of 30 searches per day.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Pledr Legal Mcp in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.aiforwork100-cell%2Fpledr-legal-mcp/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.Other MCP clients
Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

Pledr Legal MCP
An Indian legal MCP server: search Supreme Court of India judgments from Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok and Cursor, with real citations.
Pledr connects your AI assistant to a searchable index of about 30,000 Supreme Court of India judgments. Instead of answering from memory, the assistant retrieves the actual paragraphs and returns each one with its case name, citation, paragraph references and a link to the official judgment.

Why
General-purpose AI models sometimes invent case names and citations. Pledr gives them a real source to search first, so every authority can be checked against the official judgment.

- Plain-English scenarios, statute and section questions, and citation lookups, including neutral (INSC) citations
