Overview

AI-generated overview

A remote MCP server that gives an assistant signed capital-markets news rows — filings, releases and coverage — for listed issuers across several markets.

What you can do
Resolve an issuer from a name, ticker, ISIN, LEI, CIK or company number, optionally scoped to a market, and read its basic record and claim standing. List an issuer's news rows newest first from a given date, or fetch a single row by id. Ask what an issuer or a whole market has filed since a given instant. Create an order intent for a paid read and write a signed audit line to the ledger. Claim an issuer's row for free using its domain and a contact.
When to use it
Useful when an assistant needs to track what listed companies have filed or released, check for new filings since a previous read, or look up an issuer across US, UK, European and Asia-Pacific markets.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no local runtime, package, account or API key is declared. Paid reads settle on x402 inside the call, so a wallet or payment-capable client is needed for full signed rows and deltas.
Before you install
Facts-level reads are open, but full signed rows and deltas require payment via x402, so calls can spend money. The server writes to a ledger through log_audit and accepts free issuer claims that change a row's status. It states it carries no price, rating, summary or sentiment and is not investment advice.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Issuerwire — capital markets news for AI agents in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.allooloo%2Fissuerwire/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

resolve_issuer

Resolve Issuer

Who is this issuer? A name, ticker, ISIN, LEI, CIK or Companies House number (optionally a market: US · UK · CA · DE · FR · NL · CH · AU · SG · JP · KR · HK) resolves to the issuer keys on the record, with name, tickers, status and claim standing. Open.

Parameterslimitqueryrequiredmarket

get_issuer

Get Issuer

One issuer row by issuer_key. Open at the facts level (name, tickers, identifiers, status, claim standing, how many rows the record holds for it); the full signed row — every field with its source page and read date — settles on x402 inside the call.

Parametersissuer_keyrequired

list_filings

List Filings

The news rows the record holds for an issuer: filings, releases and third-party coverage, newest first, from a date. Open at the facts level (id, date, type, title, counts); the signed rows with their source pages settle on x402.

Parameterstypelimitsinceissuerrequired

get_delta

Get Delta

What has this issuer filed or released since my last read? Pass the instant (or date) of your last read — for one issuer, or for a whole market with market=US·UK·CA·DE·FR·NL·CH·AU·SG·JP·KR·HK and no issuer; the signed delta — every new row with its source page and the delta envelope signed — settles on x402 inside the call. Open at the facts level (count and ids).

Parameterssinceissuermarket

get_row

Get Row

One news row by id. Facts level open; the full signed row (source page, publisher, read date, signature) settles on x402.

Parametersidrequired

claim_row

Claim Row

An issuer claims its row, free: the issuer's domain and a contact; the nightly claims rail reads the domain and the row moves listed → claimed (verified when the domain answers on its cadence). A claim that stops answering falls back to listed.

Parametersdomainrequiredcontactrequiredissuer_keyrequired

create_order_intent

Create Order Intent

An order intent for a paid read (the full row or the delta): returns the x402 terms for mcp.issuerwire.ai and the intent id to carry into the paid call. Nothing is sold but the read.

Parametersscopesinceissuerrequired

log_audit

Log Audit

Write a signed audit line to the ledger (kinds: read · claim · order_intent · note) for a reference id from this door; returns the ledger event id.
