io.github.alphaparkincPublished by GitHub account alphaparkincv1.0.1Updated Oct 27, 2026
Extract contract defined terms, references, and audit clause dependency cycles
Overview
Local Python MCP skill that extracts defined terms and clause references from contracts and flags circular cross-references.
- What you can do
- Analyze contract text or OCR payloads to extract defined terms and clause references
- Detect circular or dependency-cycle cross-references between clauses and resolve them by topological sort
- Substitute statutory definitions and audit clause dependency graphs
- Return structured matrices and validation output in JSON or dict form
- When to use it
- Useful when reviewing contracts or legal documents and you want an assistant to map defined terms, trace clause cross-references, and catch circular dependencies before sign-off.
- Requirements
- Runs as a local stdio process started with Python 3.9+ (no external pip packages). The README shows launching mcp_server.py via a client config; no accounts, API keys, environment variables or headers are declared.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open GenPark Legal Clause Cross-Reference Resolver in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Desktop only via STDIO. STDIO servers start a local process, so they need the SourceWeft desktop host.
Other MCP clients
Follow the launch instructions in the repository.
