Tcg Price Japan
io.github.atushi1841v1.0.0Updated Oct 3, 2026
Japan TCG (Pokemon) used-price trends from suruga-ya.jp. Tools: price, history, movers.
Overview
AI-generated overview
Read-only MCP server that answers questions about Japanese Pokemon trading-card used prices from a bundled suruga-ya.jp snapshot.
- What it does
- Exposes three read-only tools over a bundled dataset of 960 price observations collected from suruga-ya.jp: tcg_current_price returns the latest used, new, and list price snapshot in JPY for an item; tcg_price_history returns a price time series oldest first, with a default limit of 50; tcg_top_movers returns the biggest absolute JPY movers, optionally filtered up or down, default limit 10.
- When to use it
- Useful when you want an assistant to look up Japanese Pokemon card used-price levels, trace how a card's price changed over the snapshot period, or surface the largest price movers without browsing a marketplace by hand.
- Requirements
- Runs locally as a stdio MCP process, desktop only. Needs Python and fastmcp>=3.0.0 from requirements.txt. No network access, API key, or account is required; the data is a bundled file (data/accumulated.jsonl).
Before you install
The data is a fixed snapshot dated 2026-09-21 with 960 observations, so prices are not live and coverage is limited to what was collected. All tools are read-only; nothing is written, sent, or purchased.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Tcg Price Japan in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Desktop only via STDIO. STDIO servers start a local process, so they need the SourceWeft desktop host.
Other MCP clients
Follow the launch instructions in the repository.
