Overview

AI-generated overview

Hosted Bannerify MCP server that lets an assistant render your Bannerify templates into images or PDFs and compose simple shape-based images.

What you can do
  • List and read templates in the workspace, including their editable layers
  • Read workspace details such as id, name, plan and creation date
  • Render a template as PNG, JPEG or WebP
  • Render a template as a PDF and get a link to it
  • Compose a one-off image from shapes without a template
When to use it
Useful when you already keep designs as Bannerify templates and want an assistant to produce banners, social images, email graphics or PDFs from them on request, or to build a quick shape-based image without opening a design tool.
Requirements
A remote MCP endpoint over Streamable HTTP; nothing to install. OAuth sign-in with dynamic client registration: you sign in to Bannerify and pick a workspace on a consent page, so no API key is needed. A Bannerify account with a plan; the free plan allows 100 images a month.
Before you install
Generations made through MCP count against the same plan limits as the REST API, so heavy use can exhaust the monthly quota or require a paid plan. Signing in grants the assistant access to the selected workspace's templates and project details. Rendering creates files and links in your Bannerify account.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Bannerify in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.bannerify%2Fbannerify/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Other MCP clients

Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

README

Bannerify MCP server

Bannerify runs a remote Model Context Protocol server at https://api.bannerify.co/mcp. Connect it to Claude, Cursor, VS Code, Codex or another MCP client, and the assistant can generate images and PDFs from your Bannerify templates.

This repository holds the setup steps and the registry metadata. The server is hosted: there is nothing to install or run.

  • Transport: Streamable HTTP
  • Auth: OAuth with dynamic client registration. You sign in to Bannerify and choose a workspace on a consent page. You create no API key.
  • Registry name: io.github.bannerify/bannerify
