Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote MCP server that lets an assistant search live sale and rental property listings across 21 portals and fetch one listing's full record.

What you can do
  • List the portals available, with country, rent or sale, accepted filters and location format
  • Search live sale and rental listings across portals, returning price, currency, beds, baths, area, address, coordinates, photos and agent in one schema
  • Retrieve the full record of a single listing from its URL, for sources that support details
When to use it
Useful when you want an assistant to look up current property listings for sale or rent in supported countries, compare them in a single format, or pull the details of one listing, without building portal-specific scrapers.
Requirements
A remote Streamable HTTP endpoint; no local package. A Listingrail API key sent as the Authorization header in bearer form; the key is obtained from the provider's site and includes 100 free listings. Network access to the endpoint.
Before you install
Each listing returned by search_listings and each get_listing call costs 1 credit against the Listingrail key, so repeated or paged searches consume credits; failed portal reads are stated to cost nothing. The API key is a secret and should be kept out of shared logs. Listing data comes from third-party portals and is passed through as-is.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Listingrail property listings in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect Authorization token credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.benthepythondev00%2Flistingrail/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

README

Web data tools for AI agents

Five tool sets for Claude, Cursor, VS Code and any other MCP client. Each one is an address of Apify's hosted MCP server that loads a fixed list of scrapers, so the agent gets a handful of tools for one job instead of the whole Apify Store.

Connect

Add one of the addresses below as a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP):

json
{"mcpServers": {"reddit-data": {"url": "https://mcp.apify.com/?tools=benthepythondev/reddit-scraper,benthepythondev/reddit-search-scraper,benthepythondev/reddit-comments-scraper,benthepythondev/reddit-archive-scraper"}}}

The first connection opens Apify's sign-in page. A client without OAuth sends an Apify API token instead, as the header Authorization: Bearer <token>.

What it costs

The tools run on your own Apify account. Each scraper charges per result, and its page in the Apify Store lists the price per plan. Apify's free plan includes $5 of usage a month, and no scraper here needs a login or cookies for the site it reads.

New to Apify? Create an account. I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

The tool sets

Reddit Data

Reddit posts, comments, keyword search and historical archives as tools.

Social Media Data

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Threads profiles, posts, comments and transcripts.

Local Business Leads

Google Maps places with emails, phones and the tech stack of their websites.

Real Estate Data

Zillow homes and rentals, Zumper rentals and Craigslist housing listings as tools.

The same listings without Apify: Listingrail is a REST API over 18 portals (Zillow, Redfin, Rightmove, Idealista, ImmoScout24, Bayut and more) with one key and one listing format, and the same search as an MCP server at https://listingrail.com/mcp (send the key as Authorization: Bearer re_...).

Jobs Data

Remote job boards, LinkedIn jobs, company ATS pages and Upwork jobs as tools.

https://mcp.apify.com/?tools=benthepythondev/remote-jobs-aggregator,benthepythondev/linkedin-jobs-scraper,benthepythondev/ats-jobs-aggregator,benthepythondev/upwork-jobs-scraper

Besides the scrapers, Apify's server adds four helpers to every set: read a run, read its dataset, read a stored record, stop a run.

Hosted servers

Three more servers run on our side behind MCPize, which handles keys and billing: a free plan with 100 calls a month, then $9 for 1,000 or $29 for 5,000. Get a key on the server's page and send it as Authorization: Bearer <key>.

SocialBlade Creator Stats

YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Twitch growth history and 7/30/90-day gains from SocialBlade.

https://socialblade-creator-stats.mcpize.run/mcp

What get_creator_stats returns per platform (checked with one real lookup each on 2026-11-01):

FieldYouTubeTikTokInstagramTwitch
Subscribers or followers, grade, SocialBlade rankyesyesyesyes
Views, videos or likesviews, videoslikes, videosposts countno
Engagement rate, average likes and commentsnonoyesno
Daily history (about 15 days)yesyesnullyes
7-day gain and spike datesyesyesnullyes

Instagram history, gains and spike dates come back null because SocialBlade only shows them to logged-in users, and this server never logs in. On every platform the 30- and 90-day gains are usually null, since the public page covers about 15 days.

How do I check a creator's follower growth before a sponsorship? Give get_creator_stats up to 10 profile links (for example https://www.youtube.com/@mkbhd). For each creator you get the follower or subscriber count, the 7-day gain, about 15 days of daily numbers and a one-line spike_summary, so you can see whether growth is steady or comes in sudden jumps.

Does it detect fake followers? No. It flags spikes: days whose gain was more than 3 times the creator's median daily gain. A spike can come from a viral video or from bought followers, so treat it as a reason to look closer, not as a verdict.

How is it different from HypeAuditor or Modash? It costs a flat $9 a month for 1,000 calls (100 calls a month are free), with no per-profile credits, and it reads public SocialBlade data from inside your MCP client. It has no audience demographics (age, gender, location of followers) and no fake-follower score, both of which those platforms sell. Modash starts at $199 a month for 300 opened profiles; HypeAuditor quotes its paid plans through sales.

Which platforms does it cover, and how many days of history? YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Twitch. YouTube, TikTok and Twitch come with about 15 days of daily history, which is what SocialBlade shows a logged-out visitor. Instagram returns current numbers and engagement rate but no history.

search_listings

Search property listings

Live sale and rental listings from 21 property portals, every listing in one schema (price, currency, beds, baths, area, address, coordinates, photos, agent). Costs 1 credit per listing returned; a failed portal read costs nothing. Portal keys by country: AE: bayut (rent/sale), propertyfinder (sale/rent); CA: padmapper (rent); DE: immobilienscout24 (rent/sale), kleinanzeigen (rent/sale); ES: idealista (sale/rent), fotocasa (sale/rent); GB: rightmove (sale/rent), zoopla (sale/rent); IE: daft (rent/sale); IT: idealista (sale/rent); PL: otodom (rent/sale); PT: idealista (sale/rent), imovirtual (sale/rent); SE: hemnet (sale); US: zillow (sale), realtor (sale/rent), zillow-rentals (rent), redfin (sale), redfin-rentals (rent), zumper (rent), padmapper (rent), apartments-com (rent), craigslist (rent/sale). Call list_sources first for the location format and the filters each portal takes. Returns at most 50 listings per call; when `next_offset` is in the answer, call again with it as `offset` for the next page (only the rows returned are charged). Pass a listing's `url` to get_listing for its full record.

Score

100% of the applicable checks met

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
