MCP server exposing Galaxy UI components — manifests, source code, and framework coverage
Overview
Lets an assistant look up Galaxy UI component manifests and source code across five frameworks so it can scaffold real components instead of guessing APIs.
- What you can do
- Exposes Galaxy UI component data: manifests, source code, and framework coverage for a copy-paste component library. The library covers 67-69 components across React 18, Vue 3, Angular 20+, React Native, and Flutter, built on Radix primitives with Tailwind CSS. The server is meant to give assistants the real component APIs and CLI workflow rather than hallucinated ones.
- When to use it
- Use it when building or editing a frontend project that uses Galaxy UI components and you want the assistant to reference correct component names, props, and framework-specific patterns. It is aimed at web and mobile UI work in React, Vue, Angular, React Native, or Flutter.
- Requirements
- Runs locally over stdio as an npm package, so Node.js and npx are needed. No authentication, environment variables, or headers are declared. The README shows the server launched with npx and the package name @galaxy-stack/nebula-mcp.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Galaxy UI MCP Server in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Desktop only via STDIO. STDIO servers start a local process, so they need the SourceWeft desktop host.
Other MCP clients
Follow the launch instructions in the repository.

Galaxy UI
67 components × 5 frameworks — copy-paste component library, shadcn-style

Docs · CLI · MCP Server · Smithery
Beautiful, accessible components for Vue 3, React 18, Angular 20+, React Native, and Flutter — built on Radix primitives with Tailwind CSS v3/v4 support, from web to mobile.
Following the shadcn/ui philosophy: components are copied into your project and remain fully editable. No runtime lock-in.
Framework Parity
Web-only (9 components): breadcrumb, command, combobox, dashboard-block, data-table, kbd, toolbar, resizable, scroll-area
Quick Start
AI-Native
Galaxy UI ships with an MCP server and an AI skill so AI assistants (Claude, Cursor, Windsurf) can build with Galaxy components using real APIs instead of hallucinated ones.
AI Skill
The galaxy-ui skill (in skills/) teaches AI assistants the correct CLI workflow, framework-specific gotchas, and component patterns. Install it into Claude/Codex skills directory or reference it in your prompts.
Project Structure
Repository
This is the source workspace for all Galaxy UI component implementations, manifests, and contracts. Components are copied into your project via the CLI — they belong to you after installation.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.

Keep the endpoint answering the MCP handshake; SourceWeft probes it every 30 days.

Declare the credential headers in the registry entry, or keep the endpoint answering the probe so its auth can be classified.
