Overview

AI-generated overview

Local MCP server that gives an assistant live Tiendanube/Nuvemshop developer docs, Admin API endpoint and OAuth scope lookups, webhook events, and Express…

What you can do
  • Search and read the official Tiendanube/Nuvemshop developer docs live, with page URLs and best-matching sections
  • Look up Admin API 2025-03 endpoints by path, resource or keyword, including method, full URL, required OAuth scope and reference page
  • List OAuth scopes and the resources they open, or find the scope needed for a resource or endpoint path
  • List webhook events by group and find how to register and verify them
  • Generate an Express TypeScript webhook receiver with HMAC signature verification and a node:test
  • Generate an Express TypeScript OAuth 2 authorization-code flow with state and code exchange
When to use it
Useful when building or reviewing Tiendanube/Nuvemshop partner apps and integrations: choosing endpoints and scopes, debugging 401/403 errors, registering webhooks, or bootstrapping webhook and OAuth boilerplate. It is aimed at developers, not at operating a store day to day.
Requirements
Node.js 18 or newer; run locally over stdio via npx with the package @commenteme/tiendanube-mcp. No credentials, tokens or environment variables are needed. Network access to nuvemshop.dev and tiendanube.dev is required for the two documentation tools; the lookup and scaffold tools work offline.
Before you install
The documentation tools fetch pages live from nuvemshop.dev and tiendanube.dev and keep them only in memory; other hosts are refused. Scaffold tools return file contents for the client to write, so review generated code before saving it. It does not operate a store or write to disk itself.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Tiendanube MCP in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Desktop only via STDIO. STDIO servers start a local process, so they need the SourceWeft desktop host.

Other MCP clients

Follow the launch instructions in the repository.

tiendanube-mcp

[npm] [node] [license]

Instalación

bash
claude mcp add tiendanube -- npx -y @commenteme/tiendanube-mcp

Requiere Node >= 18.

json
{  "mcpServers": {    "tiendanube": {      "command": "npx",      "args": ["-y", "@commenteme/tiendanube-mcp"]    }  }}

En VS Code, .vscode/mcp.json:

json
{  "servers": {    "tiendanube": {      "type": "stdio",      "command": "npx",      "args": ["-y", "@commenteme/tiendanube-mcp"]    }  }}

Desarrollo

bash
git clone https://github.com/commentemeapp/tiendanube-mcp.gitcd tiendanube-mcpnpm cinpm run check

bash
claude mcp add tiendanube-local -- node /ruta/a/tiendanube-mcp/build/index.js

search-docs

Search Tiendanube / Nuvemshop docs

Search the official Tiendanube / Nuvemshop developer docs (Admin API, apps, NubeSDK, themes, Storefront API, AI and agents), fetched live from nuvemshop.dev. Returns matching pages with URL and, for the top three, the best matching section. Use it first for any "how do I" question; follow up with read-doc.

Parameterslimitqueryrequiredlocaleexcerpts

read-doc

Read a Tiendanube / Nuvemshop doc page

Read a page of the official docs, or one section of it, by URL or site path. Fetched live as Markdown from nuvemshop.dev or tiendanube.dev; other hosts are refused. Use it after search-docs, lookup-endpoint or when the user pastes a docs link.

ParametersurlrequiredlocalesectionmaxChars

lookup-endpoint

Look up an Admin API endpoint

Look up Tiendanube / Nuvemshop Admin API endpoints by path, resource or keywords: method, path, full URL with version and store_id, the OAuth scope it needs and the reference page. Works offline from an index of the 2025-03 reference. Use it when writing or reviewing API calls.

Parameterslimitqueryrequiredmethod

lookup-scope

Look up OAuth scopes

List the OAuth scopes of Tiendanube / Nuvemshop apps and the resources each one opens, or find the scope for a resource, endpoint path or scope name. Use it when choosing the scopes of an app in the Partners Portal or debugging a 401/403.

Parametersquery

lookup-webhook-event

Look up webhook events

List the webhook events of Tiendanube / Nuvemshop (orders, products, customers, fulfillment orders, locations, billing, app lifecycle and the required privacy webhooks), or find one, with how to register and verify them. Use it before registering webhooks or writing a receiver.

Parametersquery

scaffold-webhook-handler

Scaffold a webhook receiver

Generate an Express (TypeScript) webhook receiver for Tiendanube / Nuvemshop: x-linkedstore-hmac-sha256 verification over the raw body, immediate 200, one case per event and a node:test for the signature. Returns the files for the caller to write; the server never writes to disk.

Parametersdireventsrequired

scaffold-oauth-callback

Scaffold the OAuth install flow

Generate the Express (TypeScript) OAuth 2 authorization code flow of a Tiendanube / Nuvemshop app: install redirect with state, callback that exchanges the code with a JSON body and stores the token per app and store. Returns the files for the caller to write. For a full app, it points to the official templates.
