An AgentRender API key in AGENTRENDER_API_KEY, or OAuth sign-in for the ChatGPT connector. Optional AGENTRENDER_BASE_URL. Network access to the AgentRender API.
Before you install
The API key is a secret: do not commit it, and rotate it if leaked. Renders are metered; past 150 free renders per month, tools fail with a quota error pointing to a paid Stripe checkout, and subscribing spends money. The get_free_key tool sends an email address to the service. Target URLs are fetched by a third-party service, so anything reachable only from your network is not covered, and page content is sent to that provider.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open AgentRender in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

ChatGPT (OAuth — no API key)

AgentRender works as a ChatGPT app/connector with OAuth sign-in (no key to paste):

  1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors (developer mode, until the directory listing is live) and choose Create / Add connector.
