Remote MCP server that lets an assistant find security vulnerability disclosure contacts for domains, IPs, packages, repositories or apps.
What you can do
Look up security reporting channels for internet assets, returning bug bounty programs, security.txt contacts and disclosure policy links. Accept domains, IPs, URLs, package names, repositories, container images, mobile apps, hardware devices, browser extensions, desktop apps or organization names as lookup targets. Classify an input as a domain, IP, package, repository or similar asset type instantly, without network calls.
When to use it
Use it when you need to find the responsible vulnerability-disclosure channel for a domain, IP, package, repository or app, for example before reporting a security issue. The classifier helps identify an asset type before running a full lookup.
Requirements
Network access to the remote endpoint; no authentication, environment variables or headers are declared.
Before you install
Lookup inputs are sent to a third-party service; queries may include organization or asset names, so consider whether that is appropriate to disclose.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.disclose%2Flookup-disclose-io/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Find security reporting channels for responsible vulnerability disclosure. Takes a domain, IP, URL, package name, repository, container image, mobile app, hardware device, browser extension, desktop app, or organization name. Returns bug bounty programs, security.txt contacts, VDP links, abuse contacts, and national/global CERT fallbacks ordered by applicability to the queried owner and asset. This is informational only — not legal advice.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
