Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote doola MCP server that lets an assistant form a US LLC or C-Corp in any state and check existing company status.

What you can do
  • Set up a new US company end to end from a conversation: entity type and state, company name, industry, members or officers, and ownership.
  • Submit the state filing for the chosen entity.
  • Check status on companies you already have with doola.
When to use it
Useful when you want to start a US LLC or C-Corp and prefer to work through an AI agent rather than doola's web forms, or when you need quick status on companies already registered with doola.
Requirements
A remote MCP endpoint at mcp.doola.com over Streamable HTTP, added by URL in a client such as Claude Code, Grok Build, Cursor, Cline or Gemini CLI. A doola account is required; the first tool call triggers an OAuth browser sign-in, and the client stores and refreshes the tokens.
Before you install
The server creates legal entities and submits state filings, which are consequential and may involve fees; review details before confirming. Access is granted to your doola account through OAuth, so only authorize clients you trust and revoke access in doola account settings or by removing the plugin when done.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open doola in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.doolahq%2Fdoola/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Other MCP clients

Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

README

doola plugins

The doola plugin marketplace for Claude Code, Grok Build, and Cursor.

This repo is a catalog containing a single plugin, doola, that connects your AI coding agent to the doola MCP server so you can form a US LLC or C-Corp in any of the 50 states or DC, end to end from a conversation -- entity type and state, company name, industry, members or officers, ownership, and the state filing.

Plugin

PluginWhat it doesHow it works
doolaLLC and C-Corp formation in any US state, end to end, plus status on the companies you already have.Remote MCP server at https://mcp.doola.com, connected over HTTP.

The server is also published to the official MCP Registry as io.github.doolahq/doola, from server.json. Pushing a server.json change to main republishes it through .github/workflows/publish-mcp-registry.yml; bump version first, since the registry rejects a version it already has.

Network endpoint & credentials

The doola plugin talks to exactly one remote endpoint: https://mcp.doola.com, doola's hosted MCP server. No other network calls are made by the plugin itself.

Authentication is via OAuth: the first tool call triggers your agent's OAuth flow, which opens a browser to sign in with your doola account and authorize access. Tokens are stored and refreshed by your agent (Claude Code / Grok Build / Cursor), not by this repo. Revoke access at any time from your doola account settings or by removing the plugin.

Install

Claude Code:

bash
claude plugin marketplace add doolahq/pluginsclaude plugin install doola@doola

Grok Build:

bash
grok plugin marketplace add doolahq/pluginsgrok plugin install doola@doola

Cursor: search for doola in the Cursor Marketplace and install it.

Or open /plugin (Claude Code) / /plugins (Grok Build) in the TUI and install from the Marketplace tab.

Cline (or any client that takes a remote MCP server by URL): add doola as a remote server. In the Cline panel, open MCP Servers > Remote Servers, enter the name doola and the URL https://mcp.doola.com, choose Streamable HTTP and click Add Server. Or add it to cline_mcp_settings.json directly:

json
{  "mcpServers": {    "doola": {      "type": "streamableHttp",      "url": "https://mcp.doola.com"    }  }}

From the Cline CLI: cline mcp add doola https://mcp.doola.com --transport http --yes.

On first use you'll be prompted to sign in to your doola account via OAuth.

Gemini CLI:

bash
gemini extensions install https://github.com/doolahq/plugins

Layout

gemini-extension.json -- the Gemini CLI extension manifest. It has to sit at the repo root; the repo carries the gemini-cli-extension topic so the Gemini CLI gallery indexes it.

.claude-plugin/marketplace.json -- the Claude Code catalog. Lists the colocated doola/ plugin (source: ./doola).

.grok-plugin/marketplace.json -- the Grok Build catalog, self-hosted copy of the same plugin. Submitted to the xAI plugin marketplace as a url source pinned to a commit SHA, with source.path set to doola.

.cursor-plugin/marketplace.json -- the Cursor catalog, listing the same doola/ plugin. Submitted to the Cursor Marketplace.

doola/.claude-plugin/plugin.json -- the plugin manifest (name, version, author, license, keywords).

doola/.cursor-plugin/plugin.json -- the Cursor plugin manifest.

doola/.mcp.json -- the MCP server declaration, pointing at https://mcp.doola.com. doola/mcp.json is the same declaration in the shape Cursor expects (type: http).
