To start: POST /v2/actors/hirepulse~ACTOR_NAME/runs, with the Actor input JSON and maxTotalChargeUsd, timeout and memory query parameters. Poll the returned run ID and inspect its dataset and OUTPUT diagnostics. Do not automatically repeat a run-start POST after a timeout.
